Worst bank ever. If you want to spare yourself from losing time with inefficiency at its greatest, do yourself a favor and never open an account with this bank.
I never had so many issues with a bank in my lifetime. I highly suggest everyone to not open any bank account in this bank. Customer service is the absolute worst. Everyone has no will to work and it shows it all in their attitude and facial expressions. Worst bank of Miami without a doubt.

WHY IS CALLED NARCOBANK.this morning i was at the door at 9 55 am, the branch open at 10, for opening a account. They open the door at 10 am and let me in, i request to have someone help me to do all the paperwork, and politely the lady said" in a minute we will attend you", after 5 minutes i went to the teller to ask if i can take care of my request, and they introduce me to mr CELESTINE (i don't know last name). He ask me if i was resident or tourist, and start ask me my documents, i gave to him, right after that he said me i need to have always 1500 dollars on my account for skip the 10 dollars or something fee. After that info mr CELESTINE said me what i would do with the money i will have in my account and for what reason i want open account in city bank. I was wondering why a simple banker have the right to be so RUDE and ask somenthing so personal. TODAY MY FIRST AND LAST TIME I WALK IN AT CITIBANK, THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATE FOR ALL THE BAD THINGS THEY DO AND A TREATMENT THEY PROVIDE TO THE CUSTOMERS
