Full disclosure.this review has been in the works for 27 years as I have had the pleasure of working with Phil & the Citrus Meadowood Crew doing their Electrical Installation on new Homes. Now with addition of Flo, Ed & Oli completing the Crew you get best honest support & help. Over the years I have worked for the other the "Guys" not so anymore. We love working for the Citrus Meadowood / Jacobsen Homes because they are what every Dealer should be!

Phil and Flo were great at their jobs and walked us through each and every step of the process with absolutely no problems. After the sale we had personal issues arise that Phil and Flo happily helped us overcome those issues even though the sale was final and they were not required to help us. Absolutely great company and great people. We highly recommend Citrus Medalwood to anyone looking for a moble home or shed. Thanks again Phil and Flo for all your help. Vince and Pat

I would simply just like to share the fact that I purchased a new home through Citrus Meadowood and thought I would leave a brief review. After investing a lot of time and homework, I went forward with the process. Building a new home takes time and patience (on everyone’s part). After having some time to live in it, get acquainted with it, and get used to it, I have come to realize that they have built me a very nice home. Solid product. I am a satisfied customer and I would like to thank Phil, Flo, and Mel in the office at Citrus, and everyone at Jacobsen, especially Martina in the planning stage and the excellent follow up from Joe.

From day 1 our agent, Shane Robson-Smith, was knowledgeable and impressive. Responded to emails and phone correspondence without delay. We were able to customize everything even our beautiful island. I don’t have enough positive words.
Citrus Meadowood Homes covered everything so we just sat back and didn’t stress! Truly an excellent company and agent to work with. You will not be disappointed!

Phil made the whole process way easier than we expected! From choosing floor plans to financing to contractors to insurance providers to dealing with utilities, Phil coordinated everything. I’ve recently seen neighbors struggle with other providers and am reminded that we were blessed to have Phil’s 30+ years of expertise and connections to help us build our showstopping manufactured home. After the build, Flo was instrumental in tying up a few niggling warranty issues in pretty short order.

Phil was always good about answering my calls and helping me. I would recommend Citrus Meadowood Homes to anyone who was looking for a manufactured home.

After checking all the area mobile home dealers to replace my home that I lost in hurricane Ian, I chose Citrus Meadowoods Homes in Clearwater. I could not have made a better decision by going with Phil Hawhee as my salesman. He was very helpful and always returned my phone calls. Citrus Meadowoods homes of Clearwater is the best!

Flo Fichera has done a wonderful job helping us with our 30 day and 90 day repairs (the after purchase of our Jacobsen home). And also some in between issues. Every time we have made a request for assistance, she had immediate communication. Flo has excellent customer service skills. She made what could be frustrating experiences much easier. As a senior citizen I was excited to visit this place being familiar with. The manufacturer of these mobile homes. But the Manager a red haired millennial was a Huge SNOB. I left quickly my friends are looking else ware

What a great experience buying our first modular home with the help of the manager Flo! She took the time to personalize our selections by asking us our preferences and providing us with amazing options. I wouldn't recommend anyone else if your in the market for modular homes!

Ed is extremely professional and a joy to work with. As we have encountered many challenges with the demolition of our damaged home since hurricane Ian, he has helped us navigate and work through problems. We look forward to the completion of our new Citrus Homes Meadowood Home, but we will miss working with our project manager, Ed Carls.

Ed Carls Director of Construction was always available to discuss issues. Ed always returned calls and tried to resolve any issues. Ed always took time to explain the process of the construction of the home.

Flo F has been great to work with! I called to get some additional siding as the lawn company damaged the siding on the new house. She found my exact color from our records and set up an installation- within 1 week the repair was completed! Thank you Flo!
