My mother drove the extra hour and saved THOUSANDS of dollars on her new 2020 Soul (exact same color and trim as the one she wanted in Ocala). He was kind, thorough, and trust worthy. He and his finance manager went above and beyond to please her after Kia Ocala almost made her give up and buy a Subaru. I’m grateful to Rich for turning her day around. Best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We purchased a brand new kia optima. They beat everyone else's prices and gave me a great deal on my trade in. Our sales man Trent was very knowledgeable and patient as I showed up 3 separate times to test drive vehicles. I noticed I had a chip in my paint and they quickly made an appointment for me to drop it off. They gave me a loner car for convenience. When I got back to pick up my car, it looked amazing! Absolutely the worst Auto Body shop in Citrus County!
Employee Amanda Gallagher (Body Shop Manager) bold face lied to my wife and I about our car being safely repaired. Owner of the dealership said he stood by the repair of our vehicle, but ultimately bought the car back. Now there selling this car, in an unrepairable state! Which compromises the occupants safety and possible fatality, if involved in another accident.

Not at all high pressure. Great people, great product, great price. I love my new Kia and I highly recommend Rich Meier and Citrus Kia.

Price was good, they beat other dealerships hands down. But I bought a $50,300 new Stinger GT2 from them and they delivered it to me knowing the AC wasn't working. They did put me into a loaner car for the day. The csr also had paint chips on the top of hatch that were all the way down to the metal. Body shop fixed it and did good job. The attempt at fixing the AC didn't work, it wont blow cold again. Frustrated that it wasn't fixed right the first time, and not wanting to keep going through this, I simply traded it in on a vehicle I have had luck with in the past. A new Ram Laramie Sport. I know, two different worlds, but I wanted out of that Kia quick. Paint quality was questionable, the radio would always get stuck on just rear speakers after making a bluetooth call and you would have to go back into settings and readjust speaker fade which is annoying especially while driving, nappa leather seats are of poor quality, creaks and rattles coming from doors and rear hatch area when driving, especially on the roads in citrus county. Thing is a test drive wouldn't tell you these things, you have to put some mileage on before you notice. Traded it in with 950 miles on it due to not wanting the vehicle to be a shop queen, that and arbitratio/ lemon law procedure take forever in Hope's of tiring the consumer out. So I traded it in and lost my rear, got $36000 on an $50,300 car, and that was after getting the dealer to come up a thousand. Seems $35,000 is the going buy rate for these at dealers. Dont think I'd buy another Kia after this. In my opinion they have to cut corners somewhere to build such a beautiful vehicle with all those bells and whistles for less than other manufacturers. You get what you pay for. Shoukd have known.

This is a great dealer. We couldn't come to terms but that doesn't mean I would refuse to do business with them in the future. Without boring you with private details I can't go any further into what held up the deal. I strongly recommend Citrus Kia, it's a good company and they are upfront about what they want and what they can and can't do. I appreciate that.

The service in the body shop is very good.but was dissatisfied with the product was put on my car.wasn't what I thought it was.they should of call me. I wouldn't have brought them.ask for mud flap.wasnt the mud flaps had on my 2017 car.
