Terrible customer service. Crooked business. Total rip off. False advertisement. Doesn’t honor their business TIMES. Total inconvenience. They pick what payment method (cash of course) to pay them but advertise photos of all “accepted” payments. Only ONE person who actually speaks and she’s rude (KAT), do what she wants when she wants. A compulsive liar. Says one thing but when you follow up, she’s ready to argue about what came out her own mouth. Walked in and found her and the assistant eating greasy food on the clock that she proclaims she gets paid 92.00/HR, but they are unable to give customers proper updates on their paying service. With all that money she bragged about going in her pockets while pulling from insurances, doubt the actual “workers” see that kind of cash. Stood in the rain for almost an hour while these people refuse to return my property cause of lying Kat. Better off going to a bigger company than this disorganized hole in the wall mess. Bad business.

They accomdated my schedule for getting the vehicles repaired. Kat was wonderful and I would bring my vehicles back there should I need repairs in the future.

Kat was so fair in pricing my car and a friends as we had a minor fender bender. Work was completed in 24 hours. My friend needed more work than covered in the original estimate, but she honored the price. Highly recommend this body shop

Had car accident. They helped to contact insurance and provided estimate on the spot. SUV was ready in 3 days and they did a perfect repair. Awesome service 5 stars Kat and her team are the best. I was worried I was going to have my truck in the shop for months but it only took 2 weeks for them to fix my truck after being sandwiched on 95. Since I have a custom paint color I was worried they won't be able to match it but they nailed it. I won't be going anywhere else but here from now on.

Instead, I consulted Google for the best auto body shops in my area. City Collision ranked highest on the search results, and they definitely earn their five star reviews! From the moment you first speak with Kat, you know you’re in capable hands. They don’t do the bare minimum like most auto body shops, they go above and beyond to make sure your expectations are exceeded and your car looks better than you thought it could. The work their service team performs is excellent, fairly priced, and prompt. I will not be taking my car anywhere else ever again. Business was five stars Had scratches on the bottom of my bumper. It was a very small job and they did it excellently as far as being able to paint the bumper and take out the scratches and it was very reasonable. As far as pricing I would definitely recommend this business, and if I need the business again, I’d be the first place I would go to as far as having my car painted are bodywork

Great service I’ve taken my car there twice to get repaired and the lady who helped me out was amazing. The bodywork that they did on my car was completely flawless.

City Collission Center is the best place to bring your cars to get fixed. They are extremely reliable cheap and nice people there I have no regrets. Brought my car to get fixed here. They are very friendly and work with you no matter what. There is a lady there name Miss Kat she’s incredible and always willing to help.

Where do I start. Kat and team are totally awesome! They are meticulous and believe in doing a gr8 job that they can stand by.
I got into a fender bender with my truck at a gas station resulting in damage to my passenger side fender, wheel flare, running board, and front passenger door. Based on all the good reviews I decided to take it to city collision. Kat went through my options on repair and answered all my questions. It was such a positive 1st impression I decided they were definitely who I would go with.

Truck ended up being ready in half the time that I expected and looked good as new! It literally looked exactly as it did when I purchased at the dealer.paint, finish, etc was a perfect match!
