Never give me the right parts. When I complain about the service, they do not take responsibility. They Blame the customer for everything. I have heard them talking bad about a customer as soon as they leave the building. Not transparent with their pricing. Once they charged me $1999 for a part that cost $1.99.

Seem to have everything you need, old odd breakers that I couldn't find anywhere else. Prices are good but if you want a big hug and a kiss from the staff go to Disney world. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful if not overly friendly

Thoroughly enjoy working with this team on a daily basis. They are always willing to help me even when I call them at the end of the day. I certainly recommend calling on Steve and his team for all of your electrical supply needs. They have gone above and beyond to help me and that is hard to find. Will continue working with them as long as I can.:)

The general mgr. Steve Brown and Tom will always pitch in to take an order if the counter persons are bogged down, and will always strive to answer any questions that arise.

We have done business with this branch since the mid 90's. We could not be happier with the service we receive from everyone there, especially Oscar and Steve. In my experience, questions and requests are promptly and knowledgeably fulfilled.

Every time I walk into this place I feel at home. Everybody is friendly and it's a great environment. Work alone can be stressful so I enjoy walking into CES of Coconut Creek to have a good laugh. And when I need material I make sure to get there at a decent time and not when the doors are closing, ecspecially on a Saturday. These guys have family and a life too. I'm gonna miss the big O, aka Meester!

Worst place. This employees don't care about this business. I got here at 12 to buy a lot product and they don't allow me to get in.

All i can say they deliver wow in service! I have been using pretty much only CES for all my electrical needs.yes you can probably get things cheaper at home depot or other similar places. When you do go to those places nobody know where it is or what it is. At least when i call this branch they not only find what i need but they come up with other solutions to almost any situation.the staff have been there for ever and are very responsive of all my attention that is needed. Even when they close i can still get answers and even sometimes they would open up for emergency repairs that come in through the night. Thanks Mr Brown and the coconut creek crew!

I deal with CES on a daily basis and have never dealt with anything less than great customer service. They are professional fast and reliable. They always go the extra mile to help me.

Stay away from this place, fist of all their prices are very expansive and they charge 20% return fee and no question plus one spanish guy working on the counter sales hates American people for no reason he gave me a bad look being very rude and ignorant. For those people who gave 5 stars reviews are very suspicious & must of their supplies you can find at Ace's or Lowe's for 60% cheaper.

We have been buying from City Electric for over 20 years now. Steve Brown is the Manager of this branch and he does an awesome job. They really go out of their way to help you. I am very appreciative for all the handwork they do and how much they have helped me grow my business. The guys at this branch are a class act, and I will be keeping my business here for a long time to come.
