City Escape Spa, Casselberry FL

Just wanted to take the time to write about my experience with City Escape Spa. When I called to book my appointment for my Therapeutic Massage I was given clear information on their key policies and how this massage will be best for my needs which totally put me at ease. When I arrived Evee greeted me with such kindness and care knowing it was one of my first massages and I was a bit nervous. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean and organized she keeps her spa. I was blown away with her attention to detail. Now moving on to the massage, well it was truly amazing! She had the perfect pressure and couldn’t believe that 50min flew by. She left me wanting more which just leads me to book another session. I am so honored to support her small business and 100% recommend everyone else to book her if you are looking for any spa needs. I found Evee on TikTok and so thankful for her sharing to the world the raw and the real.

My experience at City Escape Spa was amazing! It was at one of their semi annual open house events, and let me tell you the experience and atmosphere was incredible from the moment I walked through the door the energy and vibe was so inviting and relaxing! Evee and Shaun are both very informative and knowledgeable about the services and products that they offer to their clients. The salon is very clean, well maintained, with up to date equipment and products to satisfy anyone’s salon experience.

Just left there I must say she is an amazing person. She is full of energy and passion for her profession. And to add very knowledgeable. Her work speak for itself. Thanks Evee for getting me in the right path with my baby nails.

Evee is quite knowledgeable in her practices and career. The salon is clean and sanitary. The salon offers so many amazing services and products! They even have their own skin care line. I found Evee on TikTok and her educational videos are phenomenal. There’s so much that the general public doesn’t know about this industry. I’m quite grateful for her professionalism and knowledge. At this salon, you’ll receive the best and safest services. Shawn is a great pedicurist too! They are the coolest team.

Was in for a wax and manicure package and Evee noticed an ingrown toenail that wasn’t really causing me problems yet but she could tell that it was a problem. One little procedure and my ingrown toenail was fixed and made me feel so much better. Got all the hair too!

This business is very clean, well run, and the services offered are not only phenomenal but affordable to just about everyone, even on a budget!

Had to watch Duck Dynasty in their lobby but the service was okay and the way she took care of my ingrown toenails without me asking was awesome! Thanks Evee!

Had an amazing experience with Evee! She was super understanding when my Uber had no idea where to go (I’m not local), welcomed me warmly, performed expert and sanitary Gel-X, and we had great conversation too! I can’t wait to be back in the Orlando area so I can see her again.

Had a huge ingrown toenails removed while nails. Nails were not giving, but ingrown toenail toats fixed!

A place to go when you want a true professional that takes care of your nails. I have gone twice now to Evee for dip and nail strengthening treatments and have noticed an immediate difference. Before Evee, I would get my nails done and notice they got weaker and thinner after every service until I eventually had to take a break. Now, my nails feel stronger than ever and I’m educated how to care for them in between visits. Thank you!

I've had two pedicures with Evee. Came into a super clean salon. She sat me down at the pedicure station. My bowl had a liner and all her tools she opened from their package in front of me. She goes the extra mile for every step in the process, using clean tools, station, and quality products. My feet have never looked better.

Evee is a sweetheart, the salon is extremely clean. Evee is extremely knowledgeable about everything she offers.

Evee is so amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable while also getting you out of your comfort zone so you don’t have basic nails. I recently got my eyebrows done by her and they have never looked this good! She takes her time on anything she does and the end result is always awesome.

I always have a great experience with Evee. She is top notch, professional and a great person. This are some of my photos of my beautiful nails she has done. From dip to Acrylic overlay with gel. I love it and my nails have looked great. I get so many compliments on them. People who are posting fake reviews need to just stop doing that.

This was my first time going to City escape spa and I’d say it was a 10/10 experience. Everything was very clean, Evee had explained everything very well, and we had a great conversation. Will definitely be going back and I even got my mom to try her services.:)
