CITY Furniture, Naples FL

Absolutely love the new (at least to me since last time I bought there 3 years ago) space, which is so much larger, which obviously brings so much more selection. Plenty of parking and helpful but not overwhelming staff, check em out.

Clinton Crosley, at the Naples City Furniture and Ashley Furniture stores spent a great deal of time with us over a couple of days to help us pick out furniture. He was patient with us and very helpful in our selections and delivery options. We would highly recommend Clinton and both furniture stores.

Brian was the man! He kept popping out of nowhere just at the moment we had a question. But he was nowhere to be seen when we just wanted to walk around and look. He gave us a bed (not a typo) presentation and a $25 gift card to listen for enjoying the presentation I found it very useful and informative. We weren't buying, yet. That's a few months off. CITY and Ashley Furniture occupy the same space and are both under common ownership. Both straddle the price/quality balance very nicely. There were plenty of great designs to choose from. They also have a coffee and wine bar that serves coffee, wine, beer and food, for a cost. We did get a free cookie.

Treylan McDuffie Was amazing I went in with no expectations just knowing it was a bigger store than most and I came out with so many prices it made my whole month. I now will have a new living room and dinning room completed thanks to him. He pitched me so many ideas it was amazing and he helped me coordinate everything down to the throw pilllows his charisma and style really reflect when you shop with him. Thank you so much

This is our 1st time going to City Furniture. We were looking for a sectional. We were assisted by Brian C. He was patient not only with us making a decision but with our son. Our toddler came along (I know not the best idea) but Brian was patient with us. The service and communication was amazing. Did I mention we went on Memorial Day and he was very busy throughout the day but he stayed over closing time to place our order over the phone. If you’re looking for someone to assist you who has patience, doesn’t pressure you and gives you great customer service ask for Brian C!

Amazing customer service! Claudine was able to find exactly what I needed. She explained the process and delivery and answered all my questions in a clear and efficient way. I’ll get all my furniture needs with her for all my future purchases.

We were greeted by a very pleasant sales associate (Gabriella) who steered us around the huge showroom and showed us exactly what we were looking for. There are many things on offer that cater to a variety of tastes. We bought 2 sofas and it was a pleasant experience.

The delivery technicians put the furniture in place but did not untangle or connect the electrical plugs. They are caught within, tangled and warped within several drawers. I am disappointed they did not take the time to complete the installation.

I wish there were more items we can buy and leave with it right away. Almost everything is on delivery only and since I do not live there full time, I am from Montreal Canada & go there a couple of days at a time every month or so, it means that I have to waste time waiting for the delivery…. But, I do have to mention that everything in the store is beautiful

Miscommunication from sales person, was told one thing and didn’t receive the service,
Had to pay more money to get what I originally bought, not a good scenario, will not shop there anymore and will not recommend this store, you are not consumer friendly,

Amazing EVERYTIME.we work with Deborah C. And she never fails. Great service, advice, quick delivery and quality products. Even have a warranty you can buy and if you don’t use it they send you a check after the warranty period is over. Delivery guys are great too! Quality and accuracy w Deborah and team!

Was lucky enough to get paired up with Kat. She was great to deal with. She picked up on my taste very fast and really helped me in choosing the furniture I needed. Great showroom, so many things to choose from. Can’t wait to go back and pick out accessories!

We have recently made two purchases at Ashley/City Furniture. Both experiences were very positive; the sales associates were professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business.

This store is a joke. The "care" representatives are a bigger joke. If you're calling to file a claim, be ready to be placed on hold for a while. I ordered a couch and a bedroom set and EACH PIECE came damaged. I would've been better off taking furniture from a junkyard. No matter how nice the furniture looks, I'd never do business here again.

We purchased over $12,000 furniture. The quality is very poor. Do not buy the warranty. City Furniture does not back up the warranty. Only 9 months after purchase (and very little use) the outdoor furniture was discolored and cushions were out of shape. They do not care about their customers. There are other stores that have better quality and better customer care.

Be very careful purchasing furniture from here. Show room furniture looks great! Purchased a sectional, dining set, and bed frame. Has been a nightmare since. From day 1 delivery to now on third delivery to get it right. Still an unresolved issue.
Their policy no refunds, even at their damaged product. Given multiple times to get it right. No wonder a no refund policy, they know they are giving you subpar product.

Went into City furniture for the replacement of two recliner chairs. Tim, our salesman could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Very nice to work with and patient with us.

We find City furniture to be of good quality and very fair pricing. They are also very responsive if you should have a defect or problem with anything.

We will always go to them first if we are in need of any furniture.
