Excellent delivery service. Texted date reminder. Texted On their way. Texted 10 minutes away. Delivery personnel had great sense of humor, very pleasant, worked great, took all trash and boxes out.

We have had the worst experience with city furniture and Ashley furniture.

Ashley furniture experience:
We bought a bed set and got it delivered to our house when the delivery guys arrived instead of picking up our headboard and bringing it into our house the flipped it end over end until on our driveway until they got it inside. Consequently it was damaged. With customer service being no help we had to rent a truck in order to return the damaged head board and to pick up a new one because the next available delivery date was two weeks from that point.

City Furniture
We tried to give city furniture a try last week. We ended up buying two couches from them. When it came to delivery day we had to reschedule for a new time for it to be delivered (who wants to take a day off to collect sofas at 11am) when we rescheduled they already sold the sofa we purchased to another person and are telling us that our sofas are now on back order because we had to reschedule delivery.

I WOULD NEVER USE CITY/ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN. BUYERS BE WARNED

Excellent sales person, very helpful. Maria Camero gave us plenty of options and ideas. We will definitely be back for the rest of our future purchases.

My husband and I love the City Furniture in Tamarac and our sales associate Miranda O'Shea! This location is one of their super stores and has a huge section of furniture and home decor to choose from. If you're looking for an excellent sales associate ask for Miranda O'Shea she made the whole process from start to finish an excellent one!

Romeo is a fantastic salesman and he was extremely patient when it came to setting up the delivery date. The delivery went really smooth and my experience with City Furniture was great! I went back 5 months later and bought more furniture and specifically asked for Romeo to help me with the purchase.

Return policy was annoying. Everyone is all happy to help sell you something but when you need help returning I wasn't greeted with the same mood. I was absolutely told I have 3 days to return my accessory and that's totally fine. Wasn't told how to return it. Go back to the store. Employee tells me to call this number, alright I'm happy to. I go to my car. Call four times each call automatically sent to voicemail after 5 minutes. 20 minutes in my car waiting. I go back into the store. Greeted by another gentleman told him what happened. He said that's fine anyone here would be able to help you go bring the items inside. I said I'm parked right by the door give me 2 seconds. I grab the item come back in and the gentleman is gone. Another gentleman comes by I tell him. He proceeded to walk me to the store phone give me the number and walk away. So I got the return invoice when I'm speaking to someone on an internal line and the guy on the phone is asking me as if I'm the employee there. The person in-store is just sitting around. So I'm just told one thing, told to do another, and then proceeded to have to their job using their phone in the store. Not a good experience even though nobody was nasty or rude with me. The experience in it of itself was a bad one.

We always have a wonderful experience with our purchases at City Furniture. They love their great selections for every room. Thank you Cory B for you patience.

Manuel Fernandez was amazing, as if we were long time friends. He checked all the boxes when it comes to a sales associate helping me, because to be honest, I truly dislike shopping. But, my experience was very comfortable and satisfing. Thank you again, Manuel!

First I was told my order was being cancelled bc the salesperson didn’t let them know I reserved an elevator, which I told her twice. Now the delivery driver called to say they cannot assemble my bed bc the side rails are on back order, something no salesperson bothered to let me know ahead of time. I will never purchase from City Furniture again
