City Furniture Pembroke Pines

We ordered the Bailey bunk bed. It was delivered damaged. They sent us a replacement part that was also damaged. For the past 4 weeks, I've called 4 times, each time on hold for more than an hour with no one responding. I have even sent an email to one of their customer service representatives attaching pictures of the damaged parts to which I have received no response as of this moment. I'm beyond frustrated. I will never purchase another item from City Furniture again!

It really doesn’t matter which City Furniture you go to in Florida lol so far the north Miami and Pines location are just TERRIBLE. The goal for this type of store is SALES SALES SALES, no actual real customer service training. My husband and I went to the pines location on 3/20 to look for a dining table. I had already had a terrible experience with the north Miami location last year so I thought I would go back to my original store. We found the perfect table and paid cash. Needless to say our table would take 3-4 days to arrive. On delivery day I got 4 chairs and a bench, no table lol. Driver refuses to take the bench back that we never even ordered because he stated it was on his invoice and I needed to take it up with customer service. I contacted customer service several times and was advised I needed to buy the table since the salesman made a mistake and charged us for the bench that looks like a table. The entire table was $899 for a 5 piece set (4 chairs and a table) while I’m on the phone I get an invoice for $494 for the table after already paying $874 in the store due to a discount that was applied. I said this is not fair because I never asked for the bench and it’s needs to be swapped out. After going back and forth for an hour I was offered a credit in the amount of the bench to get the table and had to pay another $200. I mean even McDonald’s takes more accountability than this huge furniture chain. No apologies just oh well we never charged you the right thing but you still have to pay. Not to mention we were having a dinner party on 3/27 and had to cancel because our table won’t be delivered until 3/31. And our salesman called the next day to laugh about how he can’t believe he made such a huge mistake and said I might as well pay for the bench and keep since it’s already at my house. After making 3 big purchases with this company it’s safe to say this is the LAST! I hope other customers realize that once you walk out the door you’re just another sale to them.

City Furniture has great quality products but above all I want to thank Mrs. Khy Saunders and Mr.ken Young for helping me with my furniture and choosing the best quality

Steven Wright at City Furniture Pembroke Pines was a wonderful sales agent! We were on a hunt for a new matress and wanted to be sure we found the best one that would help out with back problems. He was extremely patient with us and pointed out very important, detailed information that I would have never thought of on my own. We must have tried the same bed about 8 times, and he never made us feel rushed. In addition, he then helped us choose the best pillow. At one point we had at least 6 different pillows on one bed. This was a great shopping experience and I will recommend to ask for him anytime you need to buy some furniture. You will have a perfect experience.

Had a issue with a delivery. The delivery men, disregarded the request of my wife, recliner is to big for the living room. Asked to remove it and put it back in the truck. Did not do.

Sales agent fantastic! Will buy again from there just because of him! Excellent service from him. He listened, understood my vision and I am happy with every piece I purchased.

Worst customer service and delivery service ever. 5 days waiting for my furniture to come when they told me only 3 days. You call the customer services and they never answer the phone. I always buy at El Dorado and they always have come on time you can also pick at what time you want them to come because I have association. If you have association delivery hours restrictions don’t buy with City Furniture because the delivery truck is always late and apparently can’t make it on time.

We found City Furniture a store with lots of selections. Nice atmosphere. Sales personnel give you time to look around without pushing for sales, but very attentive to help you and answer any question. Specially Raul Gonzalez, he was extremely helpful, we ended purchasing a sectional piece and he went over all details with knowledge and patient. Very informative, answered all our questions even before we asked. I certainly will recommend him to any friends, relatives who need to buy anything at this store. Thank you again Raul.

I had the best shopping experience at city furniture Pembroke Pines. The store was very clean and organized, the furniture was beautiful. I actually had a hard time trying to decide what bed room set I wanted because there was a few that caught my eye. The staff was very friendly and professional.
