City Glass had excellent service. How good? After measuring and seeing my “vision” they talked me out of getting any glass and refunded my deposit. Saved me big bucks and locked me in as a future customer.

Extremely poor customer service for making a customer wait for 10 minutes on the phone while you took other calls. Next time, don’t forget to mute the other line so the customer waiting on the phone won’t hear your conversation with other customers. Waste of my time.
