Disappointed with how my lawn looks currently. Told it’s the lack of rain. Look at other lawns on several blocks and they do not look this bad. No suggestions just wait for rain. I’m really confused about lawn maintenance—if maintained maybe some one could have encouraged me to water the lawn. The person who mows my lawn seemed more concerned about my lawn.

I was looking for a lawn care company and called City Green. To start with the individual that I talked to in the office was outstanding and explaining all of their procedures and programs. After this positive interaction with the office I did sign up for their total program. An individual by the name of Angel was The first technician that came to my property. He was very patient and understanding with my lawn shrubs trees problems that I had. He took time with the total application and was very professional. My second visit from a technician was made by John. I explain to him the problem that I was Having and he explained what it was and immediately took care of it along with the program for my shrubs and trees. These technicians appeared to be very knowledgeable and accommodating. They have brought back my faith in lawn care companies.

City green has been absolutely amazing since the very beginning! Hands down the very best family and business out there! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

These guys are great. They fertilize my yard each month and its looks so much better than it did.

We have had nothing but a good experience with this company. Ours has been one of the better looking lawns in the neighborhood. Katherine in the office has always been responsive and they have shown up on time or sent a message if they couldn’t make it. There were some weeds in the backyard but if I called they would take care of them. Only had issues with ants one time and they came out and re treated the piles. My yard was always safe to play in because I didn’t have to worry about the kids stepping in an ant pile. Thanks for the service.

City Green is the way to go if you want a healthy lawn.
Im a veryyyyy picky customer and there just hasn't been a single time where they disappointed me.they are always here on time and answer any questions you may have.they will not waste your time and money they will figure what the problem is and get to the bottom of it until you are satisfied.you will see results in 5-7 days! They will give you a full summary in a email with products used that day and notes from the technician.they have a profile to submit payment and view you account online which is AWESOME! Makes it fast and easy to pay you bill! I am so happy to use city green in my house for a bug free and weed free lawn! My pet and kids are so happy to play in the backyard thanks to city green we don’t have to worry about bugs again! Thank you city green and your awesome work!

I hired City Green Environmental to take over TruGreen. I was dissatisfied with my service from TruGreen and decided to give City Green a chance based on what I seen from my neighbors yard. Twice as much money.

At first service was great. Kyle showed up and expressed his concerns. Some of the things he said to me I had doubts but gave them a chance. According to him, my issue was mole crickets. They began service and after the first month I still had some issues with brown grass, and weeds. He came back and treated again. Between visits are considered “free” just like every other company offers.

This past weekend, I had weeds growing sporadically throughout the yard. This is normal with rainy season approaching and I’m aware. However, part of my “free” service, I called them out to spot treat the weeds. Expressed my concern about it being spread throughout the entire yard and asked for the whole yard to be treated versus a backpack job.

Two gentlemen show up. One sits in the truck the entire time. The other backpacks around the fence and a small portion of the front yard. I have 4 hidden cameras around the property as well as a video doorbell. Not to mention, I am home today from work and physically watched the technician go around and treat these areas only. I then called the owner and expressed my concern and was inquiring about a second trip. I was told his technicians did the job completely. 1 backpacked around the fence and areas while the other treated the entire yard. This is a false statement. I was called a liar by the owner himself even though I have video evidence where he only has the word of his dishonest technicians. He then proceeded with poor customer service and unprofessional texts to me. This is why I canceled my service. Poor customer service and dishonesty from a company is not good business.

I caution you about the integrity and honesty of this company. I advise looking elsewhere for someone to truly care for your yard with these traits.

About the time Hurricane Irma struck SW Florida my wife and I had our sprinkler system fail due to our well pump going on the fritz. In the mean time there was water everywhere so the last thing I thought of was getting more water on the lawn.

We had damage throughout the neighborhood with most of us needing new roofs, pool cages and other repairs. By the time we started addressing the yard it had many dead spots and was overgrown with weeds and crab grass. Before using City Green we tried several other options with very little improvement.

City Green to the rescue, we couldn't be happier with how they got rid of all our problems areas and brought the grass back to a vibrant GREEN. We are proud home owners once again as our yard looks as nice as any in the neighborhood.

I posted once before when I was so worried about my lawn. Kyle was so reassuring over the last year. Lawns take time. This year my lawn is stunning. I thank City Green and I’m so glad I found them. Highly recommend this company.

They are the only one out of a handful that could tell us what was killing our grass. They have been here on schedule everytime. They are very pleasant and answer any questions we have or find the answers if they can.

I had several companies that failed to keep their promises and do quality work. One day while driving through my neighborhood I saw their truck parked in front of a house and stopped to watch their work. I was very impressed with the energy they displayed doing their work. I got out of my vehicle and went and talked with them. Luck would have it that Kyle was the one I spoke with and I was very impressed with his energy and positive attitude. I decided to give them a try and they completely put all the other companies to shame. I saw that they started working on sprinkler systems and asked the for an inspection! Best thing I could have ever done! Technician Glenn for flaws that date back to the installation of the system. He suggested ways to maximize my systems performance. City Green is number 1 in my mind

Kyle and crew have my lawn trees and landscaping heading in a great direction. Many years of neglect have been erased! Thank You City Green!
