We had a pleasure to work with Mike French at your Fort Myers store location, he was extremely professional, very qualified in his expertise and wonderful to work with. He is a great assets to your store and company.

We were greeted shortly after walking in and told the guy we were looking for sleeper sofas. We were standing next to 2 of them, when he approached us. One was a traditional sleeper, but he totally brushed over the other one because it was “expensive”, leather and electric. It came across as “you can’t afford that so I’m not going to bother. ” We brushed it off and told him we were just looking at all our options, in all the stores, before buying one. He then let us be and told us they’re scattered around the store. We walked around, just happened to “miss” some in a corner and he approached us again to let us know. We followed him over to them and were told that he needed to show us around so we knew how they worked. I’m sorry, but who doesn’t know how a sleeper sofa works? It was a very off putting experience and the whole vibe of the store was snobby and not welcoming. We ended up going elsewhere and spending our money, which we have plenty of, k thanks

I was pretty much dismissed after I told the salesman my budget. I left there feeling shamed I didn't have the money for a $3000 plus mattress. Was told I will never find anything I liked unless I spent thousands. Salesman told me he owned the $9000 bed in the front of the store. I just can't afford that. Didn't get a chance to try beds within my budget before I was shamed out of the store. Bad experience. You can certainly tell they cater to the well to do country clubs in the area. The working man need not visit.

Steve Starr the best sales executive ever! He was knowledgeable, professional and had asked the right questions in order to narrow down our choices to three. They were all very comfortable, and we appreciated the time savings. We also ended up purchasing ancillary items. We love our mattress and pillows and have slept soundly since they arrived.

Our delivery team called us prior to arrival to let us know they were coming and arrived promptly and hauled away our old mattress for free. Salesman and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, I just wish they would have let me know about the half-price sale the following week before I paid $2,600 for a mattress! The service still was excellent and the delivery people were very quick and efficient. They delivered the new mattress and took out the old mattress in no time. All and all a nice experience but ask if they anticipate any upcoming sale before you buy.

We recently visited City Mattress to purchase some swing hinges for our adjustable bed. Even though this was a very small purchase, the salesman was very courteous and went out of his way to find the correct hinges and explain how to attach them. We found a good video on You Tube as well.
