City Mattress, Jensen Beach FL

Worked with Bobby at CM to find a new mattress. He was a great help, never pushy or aggressive, and made the experience really enjoyable. I had a pretty low budget, and Bobby hooked me up with exactly what I needed. Will definitely return.

I purchased a single adjustable bed. I really wish I had not spent all that money on an inferior product.first of all.it is NOT a normal size bed. I am a small woman and it STILL IS TOO NARROW FOR ME! Its very very uncomfortable.secoondly.the bar at the foot of the bed that is supposed to keep the mattress in place is virtually useless.it is a U shaped bar with little extensions that go into holes into the frame.the extensions are only about and inch and a half.its a joke to think this will keep the mattress from from slipping when you adjust the bed to lift the head of the bed. ITS A TOTAL JOKE. I am 71 years old and I have to lift the very HEAVY mattress to keep it from falling on the floor. WHAT A JOKE! BUYER BEWARE!

so now I call city mattress and give them the sales order number 552090353.and they have no idea what to do. I explained I posted this review and he says.so how can I help you? I even told him the reply to me was from the owner.so there you have it!

Salesman was nice and seemed knowledgeable. Prices were way to expensive thats why 3 stars

Jordan and the rest of the sales team are excellent. Knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I had an issue with a mattress that I had ordered, and Jordan went out of his way to remedy it with a different product that was in stock. Delivery was prompt, quick, and easy (and free!). After a month of use, I love my new mattress. Would recommend everyone to check them out for your sleep needs.

This place is a joke. They try to act like they are doing you a favor by selling you 15k mattresses. You ask questions and they get upset. The even put us in a email system to all the other stores so they would not lower the price. I will upload all the emails they sent to other locations and also videos of how they treat you. Go to any other location. Straight joke here.

Relaxed atmosphere, no pressure way to shop for a new mattress. This is not to be confused with City Furniture. Lot of mattress choices. The sales person we had was knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. Delivery on the day we asked for. The delivery men were polite, efficient and friendly. Great experience.

Came in recently with my mom to help her find a new mattress, we were helped by Joedy and he was amazing not only did he help her find a great deal on a comfy mattress but he was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Thank you!

Jordan Greene in the showroom is quite impressively knowledgeable and personable. He made my experience buying a new mattress and box spring seamless from start to finish and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

The delivery men Greg and Ariatilde were prompt, courteous, professional and meticulously careful with removal of the old set and unloading and placement of the new.

I couldn’t have asked for better service and will definitely recommend City Mattress in Jensen Beach, Florida!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a mattress at this store. The salesman, Jordan Greene was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable on all the mattresses that I looked at. He knew the brands and the distinct differences between the mattresses. I felt so happy with my purchase when I left the store because I knew it was the mattress for me. I just spent my first night on the new mattress and I couldn’t be happier. If I were to purchase another mattress again, this is where I would come and I would ask for Jordan.

Where do I start! An absolutely wonderful experience dealing with Jordan and Joedy! So much valuable information, assistance and just all around knowledge that they are willing to share to make sure we were happy and getting exactly what we wanted right from the start!
