I got a horrendous excuse for acrylic nails. Woman who did my nails cut me to the point where I was bleeding all over the table and she was so rude and inconsiderate. She couldn’t do the solid color nails I asked for (white) because the nail polish was dry and chunky as well as the brush she did acrylic with. She ended up finding the only nail polish that wasn’t dried up, slapped it on my nails, then called it chrome. This wasn’t even half of the terrible experience I had. Please do not go you will regret it, at least for a manicure. Horrible, horrible service.

I tuck my fiancé here and she told me shortly after we left that three of her fingers where bleeding. I am never taking her here again if they are that careless doing nails.

Male tech. Not very personable but did excellent work with dip nails. Been having my nail done many years. Best nail experience I've had.

Nice atmosphere but the two male nail techs my friend and I had were horrible. Rough and painful despite noticing sensitive spots. Made my one friend bleed. Took forever. Charged more than other places. Plus a $1.50 charge to pay with card? ! Horrible experience. Never going back.

Great service. They don't rush to get you out like most other nail shops, and they always take their time. They care for their customers and make sure you don't leave unsatisfied.

Helen and the staff are super friendly and they do amazing jobs. They are family oriented and my kids love going too. Helen has a fantastic ability for nail art and so do the other nail techs. Bring them a pic or let them use their creative imaginations and you won’t be disappointed!

Branden is great. He takes his time and listens. And he massages very nicely, all while taking his time.

Don't go here if your're looking to relax. A rushed and poor quality service. A first and last for me. I made an appointment still had to wait and never received the service I actually requested. The customer service was mediocre, felt like I was a bother.

WILL NOT RETURN AND NO LONGER REFER! Booked online for a pedicure and treated my children to manicure/pedicures (listed for $35). When we arrived, I told them we had an appointment. They asked about regular polish or gel for the girls, saying gel would hold up better. So, we did gel. One of the ladies there pointed to one of my children and said $35 for her. I agreed because that’s what we had booked. In the end, I was charged $75 for EACH child (not including tip). 24 hours later, nails are chipped and peeling.

Best pedicure in Tallahassee so far. I'm here on for work and been to 2 different salons and they were not that good.

They did a good job on my pedicure, thank you. They have a large selection of colors. The salon was clean; everyone was nice.

I been coming to this nail shop for years. I’ve even brought my daughter there on several occasions when she comes home to visit.
However, to date I’ve not gotten the feeling that my business is welcomed. I noticed that the owners seem to be very selective in their treatment to customers. In my opinion, If your customers has been patronizing your business on a regular, it would seem that you would try to get to know their names and be more welcoming when they come in for your services.
During my last visit, I was not pleased at the jester that if I didn’t hear you when you call out to me that maybe you needed to speak a different language. Perhaps it was just a joke, but, it was difficult to see it that way when it’s said beyond my ears.
On a positive note, I was pleased with the gentleman who performed my pedicure. He was very pleasant and did a great job.
Im hoping that my comment will be looked at as positive feedback and be useful in the measurement in good customer service.

I've been coming here for quite awhile, the services were good until today. I came in with my husband, I asked him he should get a pedicure because (Linda) is great last time I had my pedicure. I have dip nails and the lady (never had my nails done by her) tried to RIP IT OFF! She tried to pull it off with a fake nail and I said "ouch that hurt" and she did it again and rolled her eyes on me. So I decided I'm not gonna do it, the way she treated me and i just left. I wasn't sure why she would do it that way! If you're having a bad day don't take it out on your customer!

Adorable little shop and super friendly staff! She helped me and she is so sweet! So very blessed to have my nails done so, so wonderfully! Nothing can even compare to this place.

Ive been coming here for over two years. The basic pedicure is amazing, and I recently brought my boyfriend in for his first ever pedicure and he loved that the staff was so nice and did a great job. I have received many gel manicures here over the years, and every manicure lasts three weeks without chipping! They really do a great job and take pride in their work.

Come see Linda at City Nails. Very friendly & does a beautiful job. Her shop is very clean & she is very talented. A place to go in Tallahassee.
