3City of Margate, city officials, or a bunch of cowards they have a crazy code that states if your neighbors trees are hanging over your property, you have a right to trim those trees along your property line. Well, my problem is, why should I have to pay to maintain his trees Does not sound fair to me as a resident of Margate for 23 years I have always maintained my property. Why does the city not have a code that states every property owner must maintain their own property the way they have it now their pitting neighbor against a neighbor which causes problems, my only recourse is to remember the city officials come election time

Beautiful city. The city employees take good care of the park’s and roads. It’s a family and pet friendly atmosphere. Margate Police is in the neighborhood, no violence. Nice neighbors and they mind their own business
