I have been on hold for about 3 hours between the 11 calls I have made. I finally got a real person on the phone only for her to not even be helpful! This place is a joke, wish I had another choice. Why can't I give you zero stars.pos

I have tried to call for the past 3 days. Each day, sat on hold for an hour hearing about how “important” my call is. Doesn’t feel all that important. I have a job and can’t take personal calls on the clock, so the callback option doesn’t work for me.
Funny thing is, my question could be answered in 2 minutes.
Something has got to be done. I’ve sat on hold for a total of 3 hours so far for something simple. How long will I be on hold? Will I ever get an answer? Who knows! Guess I’ll keep calling…

Only use this company if you want to wait for 90 minutes for customer support.

Light storm and outages all over the city! Without power now close to 2 hours. Can’t even reach city personnel! Lord help us when a major storm impacts our area again.

Great experience with them. I applied online and mistakenly entered the wrong apartment number. Later that night, I resubmitted another request with corrected information. Talgov representative, Vanessa, called me to confirm my intentions and see if there was a mistake made. Plus, she now had the power on in my apartment. Perfect! I appreciated her follow up. She was courteous and professional. That’s my idea of customer service!

I got an outrageous bill from them this month and I can't even get someone to pick up the phone to discuss it. Every time I call, the system puts me on hold and hangs up a minute later. What kind of public service department doesn't even take calls or at least let you leave a message or stay on hold? I would give zero stars if I could.

Every month my bill continues to increase outrageously. Even when I unplug things that are not in use NEVER touch my thermostat keeping it on auto and don't use unnecessary lights. If there was another company that I could use I would definitely use them.

Spoke with the residential services department. The man who helped me was super nice, excellent customer service. Trying to get in touch with them was tough because of the lines being full, but I can't hold that against him and he definitely did everything to assuage any concerns I had.

Use the automatic phone system to pay my bill.payment was confirmed. A month later received a email saying I have a outstanding bill.now my bill has tripled the price! City of Tallahassee is a rip-off.

I just spoke with Paul (approx 4: 30 on 4/29/20) in the Residential Services section and I wanted to comment on his amazing customer service. He was so thorough, friendly, and polite. I hope this gets back to his supervisor! I appreciate you Paul! Stay safe!

I spoke with a very helpful and knowledgable person from customer operations, Mikael, about a water a leak at my house. She explained how my sewer consumption was based on my water usage. Then I sent in proof of repair of my outside pipe leak and amazingly was given credit. Saved us over 2ooo bucks from this annoying leak.

The e+ online bill pay feature has been down for 3 days! When I called the rep said "It must be down. We've had several calls like yours today. " So get it fixed!

Today I was at Tom Brown Park playing frisbee golf with a friend and we got a frisbee stuck in a tree and were trying to get it down when a man who worked for City of Tallahassee and wore a vest saying meter services pulled over and went out of his way to help us get the frisbee down. He said his name was Ken and he totally changed our view of city of Tallahassee services. Overall a really great guy and good representation of what City of Tallahassee stands for

They were nothing short of amazing for me today. I understand that a lot of people have issues with them but their CSRs were really amazing today.

Customer service team sadly lacks training, and does not empathize with their customers. Every time I have called with questions they want to give what they call in their own words the "technicalities", rather than a tactful explanation. And rarely do they actually listen to the actual reason for the call.
Also, their communication with their customers outside of change in trash service dates is very poor and lacking.
