City One Design Gallery, St. Augustine FL

We recently gave our master bath a facelift that involved replacing the counter tops. Our decision to go with City One Designs resulted in outstanding service and quality of work. The installer, Jose, could not have been a better representative for his company. He was professional, meticulous and friendly. He even made a special trip to provide me with polished custom cutting boards from the remnants. I highly recommend City One Designs.

We found a quartz counter for our kitchen with a design that we loved and ordered it thru this company. When they delivered and installed it, there was a mismatch in the pattern between two cut pieces that were laid next to each other. Everyone who saw the counter agreed that’s the pattern did not flow well at all and that the company should replace the smaller part. City One refused to do that and wanted to charge us if we wanted to replace the smaller part. We were very disappointed with them. Our contractor said he would never recommends City One to anyone in the future. We agree and would not recommend them to anyone.

City One Design Gallery removed our old vanities and replaced them with absolutely beautiful new ones. The quality of these vanities was outstanding. They also installed granite countertops that were cut and finished to perfection.
We found that the owners and staff were excellent to work with during the entire process. This project was completed on time and at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend City One Design Gallery to anyone wanting to remodel their bathrooms.

Not sure why anyone would use this company! Hard to communicate with. Delay after delay. Our product was not as ordered. Design was not as we agreed. Then started the lack of communication and no service. No design integrity no business integrity. In retrospect this company has a bad reputation i should have done that research first sued by our contractor at one point. I wish we used company with design certified and BBB certified. They kept our deposit and we went else where. BE SMARTER DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

As others have said the selection is great. Unfortunately that is the only positive aspect of our experience. City One significantly delayed our entire kitchen remodel - they simply did not prepare the material within the promised timing; we had to chase, leave numerous messages, etc. Additionally, they actually sold and installed different hued countertops! One section of countertop was not properly secured to the underlying kitchen cabinet, resulting in movement and separation from the back splash tiling. We've previously remodeled several kitchens and bathrooms. With those experiences as context, we regret hiring City One.

I can't say enough fabulous things about the people and company! Truly amazing in everything that they say and do. They did an incredible job with assisting us when we remodeled our bathroom - cabinets and countertops are just stunning and they listened and guided me to the right choices. Of course, when we need a piece to finish off a simple outdoor kitchen - we knew we didn't need to shop around. We have found the perfect place! Love, love, love. Truly amazing!

Nice selection of countertops. Excellent service from the selection process through the install. They were able to install a countertop for our outdoor summer kitchen the day after they made the template. Highly recommend

The people at Cityone are absolutely great to work with. The knowledge of the staff was very on point and they carried themselves in a very pleasant and professional manor. The product was excellent and the installation team did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to use them for future endeavors. Thanks Cityone for being one of the best vendors during my remodel. I only wish all companies were as good.

Beautiful custom cabinets and gorgeous natural stones. Knowledgeable and friendly team. Great experience.
