CJ hauled a 3500 dually for us. Unfortunately the strap/chain was placed where a wire harness is located and damaged the wiring. We contacted CJ, they inspected the truck and confirmed that the damage was caused due to their mistake. Within a few days a check was mailed to us to cover the repair. We sincerely appreciate the service and therefore will continue to use CJ for our towing needs. A+
