After a year of back and forth, I ended up just figuring this stuff out myself. I haven't heard from my adjuster in a month, which is not uncommon. I've spent the last 8 months dealing with all dry, a company that my adjuster recommended to do the remediation. Well, they charged me almost 80k to do a dry out on my house. You read that right. Now every bit of money that I have is going to end up going to these crooks. And on top of that, I'm going to pay this adjuster 10%? I'll have to take out a loan just to make the payment to him. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

It's getting extremely unprofessional that we cannot get ahold of our adjuster. We tried contacting when our roof started leaking despite being tarped and never heard a word. Things are finally coming to an end thanks to a good attorney, attempted to contact him Tuesday and received no response. Scheduled an appointment for a phone call and did not hear from him. Called the office, they could not tell us why he blew off the appointment or reschedule.

My wife had a difficult time settling our home claim took so long after fortmac flood dealing with crooked Adjusters, They tried to push their kick back companies to us, We refused to accept their prefer Restoration company to come to our home. We picked our own which they didn't like since we cut loose their kick back channel.why do they lock their office door during the day? Guilt and crime is the answer.
