The employees are very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I went in to buy a specific item, and when I went to check out, there was no “Hi” “Hello” or “How are you? ” The first thing out of their mouth was “You do know that the Claire’s motto is but 3 get 3 right? ” with a very bothered tone, and I said I just needed the one thing and they didn’t say anything after that except telling me my total. They didn’t say thanks for shopping with them or to have a nice day afterwards when I thanked them, and just made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand that they probably get something for selling the 3 for 3 deal so they need to push it, but that doesn’t mean that you treat your customers like inconveniences. I did find what I was looking for so that was nice, but employees need to work on their attitudes.

Appointments for piercing doesn’t matter its still first come first served, store well organized, employees should be a little friendlier one of the employees looked in my purse when i opened it im black so sadly im used to it. & One of employees went on break leaving the piercing employee to be the only one in the store there was 10ppl walking around the store while she was doing a peircing.

Its a nice giels place there prices are a little to much but what can u do

This review is for Patricia, I brought my 5 year old to have her ears pierced. She was extremely nervous but really wanted them done. Patricia was beyond patient and kind with her. After several attempts, my daughter finally committed to having them pierced and she is beyond thrilled! Thank you again:)
