It is to expensive, don't even take cash, terrible service, the mini brands are to expensive. Bad place to shop, things are open! They are doing to much.

The staff in their are rude and miserable! Had a whole basket and bought nothing but 2 measly items my daughter just had to have because they wouldn’t find out the price of something for me as if it was too much work. Shame! It’s a store basically for children there should be happy employees in there for their guests!

Great place! Got all sorts of things for my daughter bags, earrings, bracelets you name it

Never open when hours are stated. The owner or manager literally hid behind the counter, kept looking over the counter at us- although 40min past opening time. I have a Claire's bag so obvious that I'm here for a return. Finally came and unlocked the door and said "the system isn't working". But last time they also weren't open at opening hours.

I went into the store to purchase some gold earrings as gifts for christmas. I stood at the counter for a good while waiting for someone to be available to help. There were two people at the register discussing why one register was stuck on something without even greeting me or letting me know they will be with me in a minute. Pretty much no acknowledgement. After standing there for a while i just walked out lol definitely missed out on $200+

Made a 6pm appointment online to have daughter's ears pierced. Got there at 5: 55pm. Was greeted by the sole worker at the door only to be told that we have to wait until 6: 30pm as she was going on break. Didn't fuss, just went up to Piercing Pagoda and got it done quickly. Fully understand that employee must need a break but not handled professionally.

Went to the store at 11: 30am no one was at the store waiting until 11: 50am and dipped
