Terrible customer service experience! I placed an online order with in-store pickup for a birthday gift. I received confirmation my order was ready for pickup with the exception of one item (earrings) that had been cancelled. While searching for a replacement pair I see several of the original set I ordered but had been cancelled due to "not having them in stock. " When I advised the cashier they indeed did have the item she told me her manager was the person that filled the order and must have missed them. Not the end of the world in my opinion. BUT when I attempted to then purchase the earrings I was advised they could not honor the online price I originally paid at 50% off but only give 20% for an in-store purchase. Being both perplexed and frustrated I asked if there's an exception when a cancelled item is in fact in store and available but a human error was made. I even attempted to go back online repurchase the same item for in-store pickup but told it would take an hour at minimum to receive the order in their system. The manager had already gone for the day and there was no attempt to on remaining staffs behalf to rectify the situation. These experiences in my opinion only make Amazon all the more convenient.

Great team ️ I spoke to JC originally to book a birthday party. I scheduled 4 weeks in advance and was offered a staff member to assist with the party. The party was reserved for Sunday before business hours and even offered to open even earlier to set up. 1 staff member opened at 10: 30 and assisted me with setting all of the details up, they had a small table with pillow around for the make up and nails Balloons were scattered arouns the store for the birthday party and that was a great detail Very welcoming and a bubbly atmosphere. A 2nd staff member showed up after wards to help. The intention was to play a few games during the party which was the staffs idea and I was completely pleased with the thought. It did not happen as the crowd was larger than expected and the girls were excited to shop! If you consider planning a party here, send invitees a detailed scheduled of what you’d like to arrange during what time frames so you can get around to it all. The party was a hit and I couldn’t have done it without this amazing staff! Thank you, Claire’s in Davie, for exceeding everyone’s expectations!
