I took my daughter to get her ears pierced today. Tyra R.did an amazing job and was so good with her. When I shared the video with family they all commented on how good she was with my daughter. Thank you for a great experience!

If you like to buy things for children, this place drives them crazy. Especially the girls.

No greeting. The sales associate had her back facing her when we entered and it stated that way. No help offered. I was trying to figure how the free earrings program works because I brought my granddaughter here in November and never received the email. She only replied to call the 800 number. Not sure I'd return if I don't have to.

We just went to Claire’s to get my 4 year old daughter’s ears pierced and I can’t recommend Myra K enough! She let my daughter hold a big squishmallow and have a lollipop while she was getting her ears pierced. She was super patient while we were trying to calm our daughter down after getting her first ear done. She told us we could take as much time as we needed to make sure our daughter was comfortable. She was super friendly and personable! I still can’t believe we get free earrings for a year!

Myra pierced my daughter’s ears. She’s young and wild and Myra handled her so gently and made the process as quick as possible.

I got my ears pierced by Tyra today and she was incredible. She was super sweet and made me feel extremely comfortable

My daughters and I love Claire’s, especially this one in Oviedo Mall, and especially today because my daughter had her ears pierced.

My daughter's got their ears pierced by Tyra and she was so patient so helpful and kind with them. Every time we go in she is there to assist us with whatever we need, she is THE BEST! 10/10 Highly recommend

They made my 5 year old daughter feel safe, comfortable, and beautiful when she arrived to get her ears pierced. The employee who pierced her ears did a wonderful job! They are perfect!

I was there recently and one of the ladies in there her name was Lannie. She was the most helpful whenever I had a question she was ready to help.

I went to get my ears pierced at Claire’s. When I walked into the store it felt so welcoming and clean. Mrs. Lannie greeted me, She made me feel comfortable and I wasn’t scared anymore. I will definitely going back to her to get my next piercing. If you want you ears pierced I definitely recommend Mrs. Lannie.

We went to the store at 11: 45am on Friday 05/05/23 and the gate was closed. The store was supposed to open at 11: 00am. There was an employee inside that clearly saw us looking in but said nothing. Wasted trip and ended up going somewhere else.

Not well staffed apparently. Called for a service a few weekends back and the employee told me that she was the only employee there so no one could help with a piercing, which I get but I think a corporate employee should always shave at least another employee present to help with whatever might come up.

Alex was super helpful, awesome awesome customer service and she did a perfect ear piercing for my daughter. Thank You So Much!

I went into Claire’s today and got my ears pierced by Alex. She was delightful and helpful. As soon as I walked in she helped me. Alex has great customer service. She was pleasant to be around.
