Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista, a Rosen Hotel, Orlando FL

We love this place. Great rates and huge place. Tons of free parking. Insight security walking the grounds. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Microwave and fridge plus a coffee pot. We have made this our go to spot for Disney trips. Great neighborhood. Feels safe. Right on the interstate but stay on the street side and the noise won’t bother you.

All these reviews are fake, it was horrible! There were bugs on the bed and in the room, black hair all in the shower and along the bed, clearly they didn’t clean or disinfect anything! I called Friday night and asked for towels no one came. Saturday night I called twice and asked for towels and the front desk proceeded to tell me how backed up their maids were. We never got the towels and left Sunday morning. Terrible service, disgusting room. You get what you pay for in this cheap hotel.

Disney should be ashamed to name this as a "good neighbor" property. One of the worst places I had ever stayed. Disgusting. From the elevator, to the rooms. The furniture was older than me. Exposed pipes in the bathroom. Had to be moved because our room reaked of pot so bad it made us physically sick. The a/c sounded like a plane trying to take off. Other guests had no respect for anyone. Alarm went off at 5am and we couldn't figure out how to stop it. Worst night sleep at a hotel ever.

There was no customer service at check in the lady helping me Leela was rude and seemed to not really care about her job. The rooms smelled bad and my pillow was yellow.there was things on the bad like paperclip and trash when I asked for clean sheets it tool 30 minutes to get them. All night I was itchy and had to smell that room it smelled like someone smoked in the room. After spraying fabreeze and disinfectant worse experience ever I did not get any sleep.the prices are cheap but so is the service and rooms. The check in was terrible first impression, and the staff just don't seem to care or can be found I would not recommend this place.

Great location room was nice but in 4 days no one brought new towels or took out garbage from room.

Nice view and could see the fireworks from our room at disneyland. Great customer service and clean rooms.

Was at the hall for a party. Space was big and bathrooms were clean and segmented from the hotel guests which was nice. However, the glasses and plates provided were not cleaned well.

Went for Thanksgiving Brunch. Food was good but missing some finishing touches (no sauce for the oversized crab cakes). Only wine. Mimosas, juice would have been a nice touch. Thought it would be in. Restaurant but was in a banquet hall. Lacked anbience.

Decent enough place but the diesel tour bus has been idling outside our room for ages. Glad I wasn't attempting to sleep in because its deafening in my room. Oh and it's no breakfast included kind of place for those expecting the free breakfast.

Reasonable price rooms, friendly enough staff, only question was bathroom upon checking in maintenance showed up to fix toilet didn't know it wasnt working right should have fixed before arrival. I would stay there again thou

Great location near Disney. Great service and friendly staff. Rooms were decent but not amazing but for the price it is good.

Room was clean and cozy. Loved my amenities and the building is beautiful too. The gate guard at the front made me feel even more secure.

Great hotel. Clean rooms, comfy beds, great amenities including 2 pools and a kids mini water park. Close to everything especially tons of great places to eat in walking distance.

This hotel has beautiful gardens and a couple of swimming pools. The rooms are pretty small but they are clean and comfortable and breakfast is OK. Direct transportation to Disney Parks is available. Our only problem was that we arrived a little earlier than expected and wanted to see if we could check in at that time but we were told we couldn't (which I perfectly understand) but it was the way they said it that was kind of rude and made the experience somewhat uncomfortable.
