Dr Clark and his staff are absolutely the best I have autism and very bad Dental anxiety and they are so very patient with me and accommodate me with what ever I may need and they also provide me with a weighted blanket.

Highly recommend!

I had a consultation with Clark Orthodontics, everything went great, & was a all around awesome experience! The office is so beautiful. All the associates and staff were so friendly & down to earth. Dr. Clark was amazing about giving me his thoughts and opinions and what would be best for all my dental needs. Also will answer any questions or concerns you may have and was in and out in a timely manner.

My daughter had her initial consultation with Clark Orthodontics, and it was awesome! The location is beautiful inside and out. All the associates and staff were so kind and accommodating and made my daughter's experience very comfortable and pleasant. Dr. Clark was friendly, attentive, and efficient in assessing her dental needs.

Dr. Clark is very personable and an absolute delight with kids. He made my son feel comfortable and welcomed. He was very patient when explaining his recommendation for treatment, and easy to understand.
It was apparent that Dr. Clark wants what's best for his patients and helps parents understand in great detail what is recommended and why. We love the office and the atmosphere Dr. Clark and his amazing team have created.

Horrible quality/fit of retainers and terrible customer service. Having had two children in braces and myself, I have dealt with several orthodontists. I would recommend avoiding this office. Office Manager doesn't even respond to emails. Most unprofessional treatment I have ever received from a dental or medical facility.

I love Dr. Clark and Staff I have had some challenging time with my teeth but Dr. Clark and Staff took the time and patience with me.now i am happy and out of my braces.thank you all and I love you guys?

My son got braces here and constantly had brackets fall off. Maybe once or twice a month. It was a real pain, and cost a bunch of money. They kept telling us it was normal and that he should change how he brushes etc. We eventually got fed up and had them taken off and got new ones with someone else. It has been several months and not a single one has fallen off. So. I don't recommend getting braces here.

I am a newer patient of Dr. Clark. For the most part I have had a great experience with Dr. Clark and his staff. My appointments are on time and quick, but still informative and efficient. However, I did not have a good experience with one of the receptionist at the front desk, today. I stopped by the office, after calling and leaving a voice message with no call back, to see if my Invisalign liners were ready for pick up after being there for a week. Before I could finish asking my question the receptionist interrupted me by saying my name and stating that they had been ready for “a while” and “multiple calls were made with several voice messages being left. ” I asked what number they had on file because I had not received any voice messages and instead of apologizing and verifying the phone number they had on file, she rudely said “I don’t know whatever number was called. Sorry but we called you and left you messages that they were ready. ” I apologized and thanked her and she just handed me my bag and didn’t say anything else. I didn’t get the name of the receptionist but Brenda kindly returned my phone call, after, to make sure I had picked up my Invisalign since she noticed they were gone and got my voice message from earlier. I don’t think this receptionist or incident properly reflects Dr. Clark and his other staff who have been very nice and professional. I would still recommend Dr. Clark’s office to others, but was not satisfied with this receptionist.

I haven't even seen Dr. Clark yet and already I love this place. I needed a replacement retainer because a new crown rendered the old one ill-fitting.
Brenda on the main desk was so friendly and helpful in setting up an appointment and making me feel my needs mattered. She let me know it would be about 10 days until my finished retainer was ready. That was great.
I went in on a Monday to get an impression done by the technician. On Tuesday I got a call (not Brenda; some other nice person) asking if I could come in the following Monday and it would be ready! Unfortunately, on that day we were leaving town for the Christmas holiday. I assumed I would need to wait. But the woman on the phone asked me to hold a moment and then they juggled their schedule and - because the appliance tech was there working on retainers that day - were able to slot me to come in on Thursday to be fitted. So I will have my retainer during my 2-week trip to Texas, which is great.
I realize not everyone can be accommodated this way; there is an element of luck in how this worked out. But the whole staff is so supportive and seem to be determined to make me happy.
This is NOT my experience at other dentists. I had a choice where to make my appointment for this $350 appliance, and I chose Dr. Clark because the person on the phone was just lovely in every way, and treated me like an individual and a friend. Tomorrow, I look forward to getting my new retainer, meeting Dr. Clark and telling him what a great staff he has.

I love Clark Orthodontics! Dr. Clark is professional, vibrant, attentive, and exceeds expectations. Most importantly, he listens and adjusts as needed. His team is amazing and caring!

When I started the program for resolving my bite issues I wondered how successful the outcome would be. I can now honestly say that I am amazed at the outcome. Dr Clark is great to work with during the entire process and it is obvious that he really wants the patient to have a successful outcome. His staff is very nice also. I highly recommend Clark Orthodontics!

Beautiful and clean office. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I went in for a consult and was out within an hour. I didn't feel rushed and they explained everything perfectly. I can't wait for Dr. Clark to fix my Ortho Tx.

My second time getting orthodontic work done with Dr. Clark. After 3 years, It felt like walking into family I hadn’t seen in years! Would recommend to any and everyone.

I am also a lead dental assistant at another office, so my standards are high when it comes to dental care. I have been to all Orthodontic offices in Tallahassee, and none of them felt like home. Dr Clark and staff are amazing! Danielle worked with me on pricing and Morgan explained everything to my daughter the way she needed to explain dental hygiene to a child. DrClark made my daughter and I feel like we were home. As of it was doing treatment on his own child and that much I appreciate will recommend to everyone who comes in and out of my office. The smile on my daughters face as she was done with procedure couldn’t be replicated
