One of the best sites I have trusted. They did a great job on my Toyota Corolla. Especially Mr. Joseph K. The car was returned to me in perfect condition, excellent work after a truck hit my vehicle and they did not take long. They did a scan at the end of the repair to make sure everything was in order. Very grateful for the treatment and impeccable work.

They never answer the phone. Have had my car over 2 weeks for a bumper.

Iv'e been going to this place many times to get my car painted for damages. I am not satisfied with their inept painter they hired. My car paint was not to my satisfaction. Today, I cancel my appointment to get my car repaired and painted due to lack of confidence to do their job performance. Recommendation: Find another car repair services.

The manager is very rude. After an employee told me to go see my car which I did through a garage, as I was directed, the manager at the other end started yelling me at me as to why did I go through there. I tried to explain that your employee told me and he wouldn't listen. He just berated me. The repair they did within a week my bumper was falling again. Avoid!

These guys do great work! They refinished the entire front end of my Infiniti Q50s. Replaced the front bumper, both fenders, the driver side head light and three of my rims. They blended all of the paint beautifully and my buffed my entire car. Carlo and Joey are the guys you want to talk to, they will take great care of you! Carol at the front desk is also extremely nice and provides you with updates every other day. If you need something done on your car, don’t hesitate to go and check them out! Lifetime warranty on all the work they do!

My insurance covered the damage after an accident in my Black 2010 Chevy Silverado; so, I took it to Classic because of the great work they previously completed for me a couple of years earlier. Classic Collision's outstanding customer service is unsurpassed! Carol, Eduardo, Mike, and Joe made the accident a lemon to lemonade experience for me. I can't over express my gratitude for their professionalism and quality craftmanship!

2 stars because they are dishonest to the customer. The preliminary estimate was 5 days to repair but I show up 16 days to find my car stored in the back untouched. Every time I called for an update it was in a new repair stage per Karol and Joe response. I took my 2018 E300 and decided to go somewhere more trustworthy. Con was I cashed out money for rentals and other commuting for nonsense.

I brought in my Volkswagen Passat that needed a fix-up underneath and the man I worked with was very kind and showed that he really cared about his customers. I highly recommend this place any time you need your car fixed or repaired

I had amazing service at the Tamarac location for my last repair, but this time I tried North Lauderdale since it was the closest one to my home. Staff was friendly. I made my first visit to pick up a couple things and left some things because Joe advised it'll be safe. But after a couple days of my car being in the back parking lot left unlocked (have the Audi app showing when vehicle is left unlocked), someone stole those items out of my vehicle (my rear view mirror camera, uninstalled the power cord, and of all things 21 of my 24 pack of air fresheners and they had the nerve to leave me 3). I contacted Joe and still no update. I then contacted Carol to forward my email onto the branch manager. She said she forwarded it to the Branch and Regional manager. I then received a call from Shane who apologized and was super friendly. He got the approval to order me those items. Due to how outdated the camera systems installation is and where the cameras were positioned, my vehicle was out of the cameras angle, so they aren't sure if someone from the shop stole the items or someone jumped the fence in the back and stole the items after hours. Shane was very apologetic, friendly and helpful with getting me taken care of. I think the stress and all of this could have possibly been avoided if the lot was more secure and doors were locked. Like I said before the staff is friendly and that's the reason behind my 3 stars. My vehicle was considered a loss so I can't make a call as to how their repair time and work is.

I have now had three different vehicles repaired at this facility (south Florida drivers suck). This was a major repair as I was struck from behind. My lift gate, glass and rail lights needed replacing (and my sensors). My car looks and drives amazing. I am thrilled.

Great autoshop! They fixed my husband van in the most efficient way possible keep him up to date, on the time progress my husband van look beautiful and I will recommend them to anyone! Thank you JOE

Fortunately I have only had experience with two “body shops”. The first was a few years ago when I got hit from behind in my Hyundai Elantra. They did a very good job and I was happy. But, this body shop, Palm Collision Center in Margate was exceptional. My car was there for two weeks because again I was hit in the back. Carol and Joe were a pleasure to work with. You could tell they really cared. Carol kept me in the loop to what stage is my car was in and I really appreciated it. I picked up my car yesterday. The workmanship was great my car looked beautiful, not only on the outside but on the inside too. Thank you for the amazing service! Pam
