Had my car repaired, was in a wreck, the hood was dull after it was just painted by them (got excuses) and water was getting into the trunk. They didn’t put gasket for the third brake light they just used some caulk and sealed it (kind of like a honestly repair or remedy) instead of calling the dealership and getting the gasket that sits between the body and the light I highly recommend going elsewhere. This is a chop shop for sure! And when I brought this to management’s attention Steven the estimator just kind of acted all put out, so I just called USAA and let them know how I felt about classy auto body! Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere! Wish I did.

Classic collision is TOP NOTCH! They keep in constant contact from time of drop off to pick up! They detailed my car and beyond professional! Would choose them everytime! 10/10 recommend

I say they deserve one star because of their communication. Communication was on point. They updated me when parts came in and when my car was going to be finished. But their mechanical service is HORRIBLE! On Aug 7 I had an appointment for just an estimate. I had asked them if I could drop my car off that day because I was having mechanical issues with my car such as the Check engine light and ASC lights were on and didn’t feel safe driving it. They got me in that day. GREAT! Upon picking up my car on Aug 26, I noticed the check engine light was still on so I ran inside and grabbed the mechanic and he came out, cleared the light and said I should be good. Upon driving off the property, my check engine light came right back on as well as the ASC light. I couldn’t turn around because I had to go into work so I called and they told me to come in the next morning. I went in, the same mechanic came out and did a code read on it and the code said there was something wrong with the throttle. And his exact words were “the throttle is no where near where the accident happened. I don’t THINK this is from the accident” I explained that these lights popped up about 2-3 days after the accident and he said “they should’ve came on immediately after the accident”. My car was perfect before. Instead of taking my car back to look at it, they advised me to go to the dealership and get a diagnostic done. I couldn’t afford $200+ on a diagnostic after paying for a rental and my deductible that I fought with my insurance to help. After finally coming up with the money, I got a diagnostic done on Oct 13, over a month of having my car back and driving it in its horrible condition, and the dealership has 100% deemed that all of this was caused by the accident. Not only this, but Classic Collision did more damage to my vehicle than repairs. Parts that they did “fix” were improperly put together, there was a hole in one of my hoses, they didn’t even put my bumper on correctly! Plus more! Now I am without a vehicle and I work 6-7 days a week and it is AWFUL to have to catch rides from people who are also busy as well. My insurance won’t pay for a rental and repairs haven’t even started on my car yet because I’m waiting on an appraiser. Thank you for absolutely screwing me

I would NOT recommend this business to anyone for repairs as I took my car there for front end damage and when I picked my car up they had 3 tears in my convertible top and the trim around my windshield was dented and paint missing down to the metal and the Manager tried to say I brought it to them like that? Photos clearly show that there was NOT damage in that area. Even their estimate to my insurance stated "front end damage only, no other damage on vehicle" Hmmm wouldn't you have put it in my estimate if I brought it there that way? Then he tried to say we "missed it" How do myself, my spouse, his estimator and his little lady that walked around my car circling every little mark with her bright orange marker as to not be responsible for any of those marks would miss this noticeable damage? So he's trying to say 4 people over looked this extremely noticeable damage? We noticed it as we were walking to the car to check the front end. I was treated like a criminal by this Manager. He was extremely rude and unfriendly accusing me and making accusations. When in fact their body shop damaged my vehicle and wouldn't be responsible and take ownership of it. DO NOT use Classic Collision

Poor communication, contact with customer is sporadic, when you call they shuffle you from person to person, never telling you anything.

Brought my car in to get my driver's side mirror fixed. It took about a week and it looks great. Communication could have been a little better but no complaints. Good experience overall and a great place for your vehicle repair needs.

Love this place! You receive updates every couple of days on where they are with your vehicle. This is 2nd time using Classic for major collision damage. There is constant communication, which is rare today but super impressive! Plus, they do great work. 2018 Lincoln Continental Black Label, paint matched and faded body panels perfectly.
