It was a new build home, from the start they did huge mistakes, installing bathroom pipes in the master bedroom closet, ripped my brand new concrete slab, shower housing units installed wrongly, finished drywall had to be opened up and on the end they sand me a bill saying that I have requested changes, I have water leak in master bathroom under vanity sink, call them for emergency service, they have responded after two days, water went to master closet, damaged wood floor, build in closet had to take out in order to fix the floor, they refused to pay for repairs, they have installed cheap parts that were faulty, untrustworthy, unreliable, inexperience,

Classic Diamond is a great company to do business with, as we have done for over 12 years!

They did the plumbing on my new house (1.5 yrs old). When I had no hot water I called them. They came out and told me my recirculating pump needed to be replaced and the anti-scalding valve they put in because of building code needed to be removed. Because a friend of mine also has a new home that Classic Diamond Plumbing built had the same problem I didn’t believe them and called another plumber who took apart the recirculating pump and cleaned it. It did not need to be replaced. They took out the anti-scalding valve that Classic Diamond had placed on tip of the water heater. I only have one double handle faucet that requires the valve. The other plumbers said that they put the valves in near where it is needed so it doesn’t effect the whole house. Beware if you are building a new house and you use Classic Diamond. They do sorry work that they know will need fixing after you move in. My friend didn’t get a second opinion had paid them to put in a new recirculating pump and has had to have her water heater replaced on a home about 1.5 yrs old. The only common denominator of the problem is Classic Diamond Plumbing.
