James came to our house on 3/29/23 to look at a problem with our shower frame that two other companies said they couldn’t fix. He showed us exactly what the problem was and he was able to easily fix it the same day. He was very professional and did an amazing job. My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased, plus the charge was very reasonable! We would highly recommend James and this company.

We went into Classic Glass and ordered 6 panel large mirrors for our Florida room. They were very helpful and within a few days came out and measured. A few days later they came on time and installed and cleaned. FANTASTIC JOB! We absolutely recommend them. Great service!

We recently had glass protectors made for 2 wood tables in our guest bedroom - a serpentine dresser and a night table. VERY impressed with this place! The glass for the curvy dresser was absolutely perfect (we made a template using wrapping paper)! The night table glass had a small issue but the store was professional, apologized, and rectified the situation immediately at no charge - exactly what a good business should do! Highly recommend this place - we'll be back with more larger pieces soon!

I walked into this place at 9: 30 today and asked for a piece of glass. The girl in back of the desk said pay half now, and half when you pick your glass up. I said when would that be, she replied at 1pm they were very busy with orders. I told her I couldn’t come back and really needed it cut now. The girl said hold on a minute walked into the back room, said she moved some orders around, and they were cutting my glass now. Her name was Jaclyn very friendly, and very accommodating. I rate a 5 star for doing this for me, and would highly recommend this business for your needs

Disappointing experience. I waited several days for an estimate to replace a cracked window pane of glass at my house. Estimator came out to measure, didn't hear back from the company. Never heard anything back from the company. After multiple calls to the company, I was told they didn't have enough people, and they couldn't do the job. I'm back at square one!

I recently ordered light fixture that arrived with broken glass panes. The manufacturer sent replacement glass without instructions for inserting. I took it to Classic Glass & Mirror & they inserted them immediately, free of charge. In the past they came to my home to remove a wall to wall mirror in my foyer. They were prompt, fast, & cleaned up entirely.
This is a family business & a pleasure to deal with. This is my “go to” place for all glass needs.

Jarod came to our house today because I thought that our door wheels needed to be replaced. He texted before arriving and arrived at the exact time that he said he would. After looking at our door wheels, he was able to fix our problem without replacing any parts and saved us a bunch of money/ time. His honesty is greatly appreciated and I highly recommend him for any future glass door projects.
