I was double charged and man said he looked at the camera abd would not give me what he charged me teice for. A friend of mine warned me tgat. THEY DO THIS ALL THE TIME SO BEWARE

It is a very well organized and clean place, I went on June 25 to buy a wig for the first time, I loved that one can try the wigs and even assist you in that! When the employee of the floor, it was for the cashier to scan the price of two that interested me, she told me the prices and they left (the cashier and the floor maid) and a man came and charged me and told me the price and it was The difference of $ 10 more than the price q scanned the other cashier! What annoyance and disappointment, if not because I really need it, I DID NOT PURCHASE IT, I'm angry that they cheat me and they want to go from taking advantage of people! Cuando la empleada del piso, fue para la cajera para escanear el precio de dos q me interesaron, me dijo los precios y se fueron (la cajera y la empleada de piso) y vino un hombre que me cobró y me dijo el precio y fue La diferencia de $10 más q el precio q escaneo la otra cajera! Q enojo y desilusión, si no es por que realmente la necesito, NO LA COMPRABA, me enoja que me engañen Y se quieran pasar por listos!

A large selection, beautiful wigs and prices are reasonable. Just wish the service could smile alittle more

Make sure you’re 100% sure you want what you buy they will not return or exchange any hair or wigs even if not worn, you still have packaging and receipt, even if it the day after you bought it. One lady appeared to be spying on me. I asked for help, I waited then she told me to ask another lady, I asked she did the bare minimum appeared in a rush. Didn’t have what was on display.

This is a great hair supply store. I was visiting from New York and the owner and his staff were very nice, the customer service was great and very accomodating. Keep up the good work

Be careful when you shop here they gave me a fake $5 bill. I ask to speak to the manager an he seem unconcern as if he knows already what's going on.

It's a nice place with quality products at a great price and overall great, but I called a couple mintues ago to ask a question because one of my girlfriend recommend the salon to me to get my hair done and the person that answered had me on hold for 6 and a half minutes. So I just hang up.

I am sitting in my vehicle at Classy Girl beauty after calling the Broward County Sherrifs office for a cashier that was hostile, stealing from customs blatantly, and he is an immediate danger to the business and the services. I will be filing a repost with the better business bureau and I've already filed with the Sherrifs office. This is not a great place to shop and the quality will be less than conducive for sales. I will be reporting to the news as well.

Love love love this store. I always go to the one on Southgate. Helpful and experienced staff make it a quick and easy visit. As a cosmetologist I find everything I need for my business and clients all in one place and the prices are great! It's a hairdressers playground and it's right down the street!

Love the fact that they opened a second location! Happy for them and knew it was possible since they have the best prices on beauty supplies!

I hate the service, the cashier rang me up for hair and didn't put it in my bag. When I went back for my hair the cashier was not helpful. The manager is never there, I went back twice I never got the hair I purchased or a refund. I will never go back, it was a huge inconvenience.

My experience was great at first.spent well over $1,000 on products for my store.the manager charged me twice for wigs, but when I wanted to get my products I was over charged for I was told " Thats too big of a credit". Mind you it was only $75.
Its a great place to shop.but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Going to spend my money with the Chinese /Koreans now smh.

Ordered a wig online and they have yet to send me tracking information.none of the contacts listed on the website even work, no one picks up the phone. If I dont hear back from them by this weekend I'm canceling my order and getting my money back, and I will let friends know never to shop here.

I wish California had such a convient place like this. I come here every time I come to Florida. The ladies can use a hand with customer service. But for the price and selection of hair and the fact you can get your hair done in the back is the best!

They say that they open a.m, but they are 15 to 20 minutes late everyday. People get tired of standing and waiting.

Nice typical hair store. Sometimes you can get help and sometimes you have to hunt someone down for it. But great prices over all. Clean and well stocked.
