Classy Nails, Sebring FL

First time ever coming in this place, it was nice at first, until the lady painted the nails she rushed and missed a lot of my nails, I accidentally ruined one and she.fixed it then waited 2 minutes to rush me out to pay and get out with a wet nail and soon as I put My seat belt on it got destroyed, after that I was over the entire place. I asked for a refund bc they couldn't cover my entire nail, just waste my money, my step daughter was with me and they couldn't cover her entire nails either, would definitely not go to this place, they don't care about their customers

Busy shop. First time visiting.

Mostly Oriental staff talking among themselves in their native language while they work on customers.

They were great. I got there 30 min before they closed and they had no problem staying later and making sure they did a good job

Wasn't pleased for how my girlfriend was treated. Her experience wasn't well as the nail tech didn't pay much attention and was rude through the whole process. As the next day rolled around she began bleeding. I've heard many good things about this place and thought about giving it a shot but turns out it wasn't what I hoped for.

The owner treated my wife with the upmost respect and care. Very highly recommend it to all of our female friends.

The woman were yelling and carrying on talking in their language so loud I could not have a conversation with my daughters next to me.

My server yelled across at other service people in a foreign language. She was too quick and in a rush with me. She did a good job with my nails but her customer service wasn't good.

Don did a nice job! Im a first time customer, and I left very pleased. At WM and another local salon, my gel nails chipped within a day and the polish was seen thru.

Salon is huge and spacious.

My only issue was that I saw cuticle trimmers just laying around; I am a bit concerned about the sanitation practices, however. Thus why I gave 4 stars.

STAY AWAY. Paid $90 for a gel mani and pedi that looks like a toddler did it. They overcharged me from what they literally have the prices at in their “menu” for you to look. The guy doing my nails painted about as good as a kindergartner. He also kept disgustingly snort mucus up his nose while doing my nails and coughing. He was very loud and annoying as well as a few other nail techs who were yelling back n forth and laughing so loud you couldn’t think. Not a relaxing experience and I will tell everyone to stay clear from this place. They also RE USE the pedi stone scrubber on every customer which is disgusting without cleaning. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB for this trash nail salon.

Do not get your eyebrows waxed here. They literally do not care…you are just money to them even when they screw up your eyebrows! Save yourself the tears and do not go here. My eyebrows look worse than before and I’m missing a chunk out of one of them: (

Over charged will never come back. I got a mani and pedi gel and they charged me 136.00. This is double what it should have been. I will dispute with my CC.

Had very good service with no wait time also they have opened up to a bigger waiting area
