They continue to charge me monthly. Their website is not working and you can’t get anyone on the phone to cancel. I guess my next step is calling a lawyer and The Better Business Bureau. This place is a scam!

Best car wash in town, and Lexus is awesome! Hope she gets a raise or something cause she deserves it

Do not use this company…when trying to cancel your subscription they say they’re going to cancel it for you but they don’t and keep pulling money from your account…

They were a five star car wash but no longer. Vacuums are always clogged or not working at all. Trash left around vehicles. Only had a few clean towels the last time I went for a wash. Will be taking my membership elsewhere.

Wash quality has gone downhill. Vacuums do not and have not worked properly in months! I got a new debit card and had to update it with them- somehow they are now double billing me EVERY month! I have gone down there in person to try and rectify this TWICE now. Nobody answers the number listed. Have left several voicemails & they continue to steal my money. Once I figure out how I will be cancelling and moving on to a different wash!

Been trying to cancel my membership for months. (Since July) I no longer have a car. Call the number and you’ll get a voicemail with no return call. Website is down too. Went there a few times and the manager wasn’t there. I have to get a new card from the looks of it. Wont be recommending you guys to anyone. This has been super inconvenient. I’m also a nurse and don’t have time to call back to back all day until someone actually picks up.

Doesn’t always work. Better one up the road at Express Car Wash has free air for tires in each bay and individual wonder bottles as well. Switched my membership there give them a try!

I've been with this car wash for over a year now. I have four cars on my membership. At the beginning it was great. After Mister Car Wash bought them out the quality started going down. Seems like they don't want to invest in maintaining the equipment and basic repairs. There's always something not working. Most of the time it's the compressed air hosses, window cleaner, and the tire shine. The staff is awesome! No doubt about that. They are the best part of this car wash.

Great car wash when all the equipment works. Last time I was there I paid $25 for the premium car wash with wax and tire shine included. One of the brushes did not work which is common. The tire shine part of the wash did not shine my tires at all which I assume that wasn't working either. It can be a ripoff when their equipment is constantly broken.

Canceled here in person with an employee holding a computer to do so. Every month for the past 5 months I dispute the reoccurring charge. I quit coming here do to everything not working correctly and bad smells from water and washer fluid. Do not trust them!

2nd time going to this location and have been left underwhelmed both times. I'll stick to the Northside.

Total waste of money. I asked the attendant upon entering did they offer any type of prewash or soft wash brush so I could remove the bug residue from highway travels. She said no but said she would inform the washing attendant to spray it good. She didn’t she was nonchalant and simply squirted some solution and motioned me to move forward. I’m so disappointed and wish I had just tried Mister Carwash!
My advice, don’t waste your hard earned money!

Dont waste your time coming here everything is always broken and smells bad. I canceled my membership 5 months ago and I'm still disputing charges from them.

This place has gone downhill half the vacuums work half the time. The blowers are not taking the water off like they used to in the car wash. They had auto floor mat cleaners have been removed. No clean towels. Really disappointed since this place has changed ownership.

Went on Saturday, July9 for a car wash. The right side washer was not working and half the vacuum are not working. I left and even came back because I needed my car vacuum d, the associates let me back in but I could not access the vacuum s. I left and paid again somewhere else to vacuum my car. My husband and I come here with our vehicles several times a month, I am very upset I do know if I will every return.

Pretty much rips everybody off that comes through that selects a wash including tire shine! Tire shine/cleaning equipment has not worked in a very very very very very long time! Months and months if not years! Then they offer you a dinky little spray bottle to apply it yourself? And it is so cheap and dinky it don’t even work! So pretty much everyone that comes through this place expecting our car wash gets ripped off! Don’t waste your time just right up the street about a half mile and go to a new modern one that has equipment that actually works! And you don’t have to do it yourself!

The vacuums are awesome. Just not impressed with how much dirt the actual car wash gets off

Became a member after a few good car wash experiences. For a few months, the service was good and it was worth the money. For the past month, many of the compressed air and vacuums are not working. I visited a few days ago and half the bays were down. Today, my bf took his truck (also a member) and the bays were STILL out of service! We will probably cancel our memberships and look at the other car washes being built on the same road.

I have been going here for years. Unfortunately, it has gone down hill since the new owners. There is usually only one of three pay booths working. The vacuums either have about half not working it the suction is so low it won’t pick up. That is if they are open which is random business hours are a suggestion.

Something is always broken and the water or chemicals they use have a terrible smell. Not experienced that at other car washes.
