Clean Machine Car Wash, Wesley Chapel FL

Went to both the New Tampa Bruce B. Down first, and then the Wesley Chapel Vandine locations, and both have sucked since the new name. The "new" MISTER Car Wash took weeks to rebrand, but it seems this so-called new system isn't any better and is actually worse. This new system doesn't clean the rear of the cars at all. My SUV remains dusty and dirty. Just went there today, and I noticed there was still a lot of soap residue when I went to vacuum my interior. If I hadn't stopped to vacuum and wipe it down with a towel (which they no longer offer), then I would have had soap spots all over. A couple of weeks after the new ownership, the kid working at the WC one said the rear brushes were not working.at both locations? They still aren't working months later. I've had a yearly membership at the WC location since it was first built, and now thru three owners. I'm probably going to end my monthly membership here as soon as the new car wash opens at 54 and New River Road.

No longer a big menu of options when you arrive, only a guy helping you to navigate the screen with confusing options. To add insult to injury they now also request a tip as one of the options and provide percentages. A big "no Thanks" from me. Like many of the other more recent reviews, "MISTER" as it is now branded, left my Jeep in terrible condition. First it knocked back my side view mirrors, left my Jeep with dirt marks all over, and may tires in almost literally the same place. They began. Absolutely waste of money. Signs of the times i guess.

Will have much work to do when I get home.

Base wash is okay, currently $10. Vacuum is powerful and there are plenty of them, but there is no shade to wax the car.

When I purchased a membership a few years ago, it was great. Prewash area, microfiber cloths, car mat machines, free air freshners. Gradually, no mat machine, no Prewash area, then no air freshners. I had to bring my own cloths, because it was hit or miss if they had them. I ended up canceling my membership, and got one at Top Edge. Costs a little more, but they have ALL of the amenities they promise.

This car wash barely uses any water so not too sure how clean it left my car. There aren’t any towels on the bays for you to wipe the o side of the vehicle and the smaller vacuum hose wasn’t working. Also, the bays haven’t any roof so you have to do all the car cleaning in the sun which is aweful in Florida heat. It’s a never again for me

Definitely not what it used to be. The back of my car was still dirty when I went to dry it off. Tires didn't shine like they used to, I don't think any tire shiner was put on them to be perfectly honest. Going to try out the competition for a few washes and see if im going to switch.

This place has gone down hill. No more towels. No one was at the wash when it was my turn to enter and it took an extra 10 min to wait. Every bay I go to, there’s at least one vacuum that doesn’t work.

Paid extra for tire shine none done. Had I known that I would have kept my 5 dollars and no towels.

This has to be the shadiest business that I've ever encountered. I cancelled my membership after they were closed for renovations, with no prior notice given to the monthly members, and no refunds for the time they were closed. Well, then Mister Car Wash takes over and not only continues to charge me, but also raises the rates! Again, with no prior notice. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND CERTAINLY DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!

On top of all that, the car wash itself has gone way downhill. Most of the brushes don't even touch the car, so it's basically just spraying water and a little soap on you car, and not even at a high enough pressure to get it clean. No towels anymore and they not only removed the bug scrubbing stations, but the lazy employees make no attempt to scrub anything. Anyone that has ever lived in FL knows that love bugs are not going to come off unless they are scrubbed off, and there is no way to do that here.

Been using this place since they opened. Easy to get in and out of and convenient for me as well. My wife has the gold unlimited pass which is around $29 for a month of washes.

It's fast, the only thing you have to bring is your towels to dry the car that is quite wet on the outside and when you vacuum the car it is not covered so wear light and fresh clothes or turn on the air conditioning full while you vacuum

By far the best car wash in the whole area. Good prices, has items to clean your car inside and the machine actually gets the outside clean.

Came here for a quick wash and vacuum after my kid spilled his lunchbox went through the wash paid and tipped was vacuuming my veh when a gentleman came by said I noticed u still have some bug guts run it through one more time on us and so I did I did not get out to inspect veh the second time as I have my 9 month old with medical issues that I had to get home for a treatment once arriving in my driveway I noticed my car had not been rinsed at all soap everywhere I immediately began calling the number found online with no answer so in the afternoon when grabbing my other kids from school I went back and explained the issue they ran me back through although the car still had soap scum I decid d it's just not worth the hassle at this point then getting home my son who is over 6 ft immediately came outside and said did u hit a bird I backed away from my car and my antenna was completely broken Im going back today to speak with someone as calls still are unanswered but this is completely upsetting 3 trips car still dirty and damaged

This place has gone downhill and fast! No bug station, you’ll be lucky to get glass cleaner or compressed air. Such a spotty wash. You know given 2 rags to keep. You would think with all the other local washes which I will be switching to they would at least make a efforts to be ahead of their competitors
