The owners are so entitled just read all there responses to people's reviews.a wall of shame because kids are kids? Telling a 13 yr old boy he can't charge his phone? And there's a whole list of people saying they felt discriminated against because of there skin just crazy

Better then most coin Laundry, has plenty of washers and dryers. Even has coin machines that take 1,5 10, & 20

A week ago I went into clean start for my very first time with roughly over 35 pounds of clothes and was very INPRESSED with my clothes and the service that was performed. Ms. Kendell was just a delightful person and can tell she takes pride in the service she does for her customers. I will definitely be coming back to Clean Start to have my wardrobe cleaned and visit Ms Kendell again:)

Great place, well kept, safe atmosphere.use them at least twice a month when I'm running around doing errands. Makes life easier than doing 4 load's at home.

Its a clean place, spacious and plenty of dryers and washers. To wash clothes is $3 and bigger washers $5.50. The dryer is. 25¢ for 5 mins. I would definitely go back

I went there early, the lady there was very rude to me, horrible service.i do not recommend going

Only problem I had is the bathroom is always locked but I'm sure they have had it trashed cause of stupid people

Very horrible customer service. The lady who always works there. She’s always rude and doesn’t treat everybody the same which I don’t understand why she even works there in the first place if she’s going to be treating her customers unfair. We used to go every weekend to wash our clothes at this laundromat but with her attitude we stop going whenever we’ve been customers for years and I’m guessing we’re not the only ones who dealt with her attitude because I saw other reviews complaining about her. If she’s racist or likes to discriminate people for their skin color or ethnicity she can just say that lol. Instead of making herself look stupid whenever somebody puts her in her place. FYI, it looks bad on your business to have somebody like that.

The people there are so rude I went to charge my phone for a little and they kicked me out 10 minutes later
When I started to get my things to leave
The lady only told me two times that it’s enough of me charging my phone and that I need to leave

I heard her and a man talk about me
Saying “this is why you can’t be nice to people because they take advantage” after I left she told me not to come back

Horrible treatment
She wasn’t doing work
She just sat there talking to a guy

I’m 13 and I was just going in there to charge my phone

I know this isn’t a comment on how the laundromat is
It’s great and all but the lady there was just rude
There’s 2 lady’s one of them is nice and all but the other one just rude

The owner is very kind but just one of the lady’s are very rude

This place is always clean when I come here at night, but I don't like how there is no way for me to use the "free wifi" because there is no attendant to ask for the password at night. I can't come here during the day to do laundry because of work, but I feel like I should be able to take advantage of the same privileges at night as they have during the day and that includes wifi and the restroom, which are locked every time I come here.

My first time using this laundromat and the woman who was working took the time to show me what machines they had. The whole time I was here, the woman was cleaning. Very clean, neat, and tidy. Will definitely be back.

I've been coming here for 3 years and every time I come in it's always clean. Lisa is the best, she's always so helpful and friendly to everyone. She is never not doing something, between cleaning the dryers or floors to helping caring out laundry to someones car she is always so pleasant. Honestly, she's the reason I keep coming back every week. Thank you

I have never once had a problem with lady who works the place she goes out of her way to help even when she gets a karen who is not happy no matter what.she cleans place spotless. I spend alot of money here and it should be said I come here because of place being clean and taking care of place.she does great job.

Older woman who works at laundry mat very rude and disrespectful for NO reason - first time at laundry mat found a Credit card in a washing machine. My wife went up to the office door and this woman blurted out “ NOT THERE, NO” instead of asking how may I help you. The woman demeanor was as if she had an issue with someone because off her skin color and was raising her voice as if my wife did not understand English. My wife had to tell this rude woman who was conversing with another elder three time that a credit card was left in a machine and the worker still said we don’t take cards. This woman never apologized and acted as if my wife was in the wrong for giving something that was found in the washing machine to her. It’s clear this job is too much for her and her ability to interact with people skills is juvenile and that is putting it nicely.

And spelling is not at the top of the list at this location either - as I was looking for a number for management I saw a slip of paper screwed onto the wall that stated “Out of Order /Refun”.
I’m not sure what a “Refun” is but it’s clear it was meant to say REFUND and the “LOOSE $”, this place is just a jewel. That just shows management is done very poorly.

This laundry mat is always clean, not really crowded. I was able to use any machine without out any problems. I will recommend this place to anyone.

I was considering here but with the reviews and nasty replies I'll spend a few dollars more and go elsewhere. The owner seems rude and hope Jesus touches her heart to help her become a kind person.

Very clean environment. Associate is alway pleasant and always staying busy. She always makes sure the place is spic and span!
