What a COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME! NOT ONLY do these sorry excuse for "humans" NOT accept dental insurance and they "claim" to NOT knowing about dental grants! It's bad enough on your confidence to know you have made some choices that weren't altogether great in your life but let me tell you what.brace yourself everyone out there these "people" think it's OK to tell someone $54,000.00 is what a nice smile is going to cost you! I don't know about yall but that is the cost of a mortgage! I guess its a "Clearchoice" it's either a roof over my head or a nice smile. But definitely
not both! And it's sad to know they can look themselves in the mirror everyday! Shame on you, Clearchoice you build someone up, dangle it in front of patients face and then LITERALLY kick us in the gut with that ridiculous amount, and if that's your intention, it worked but REMOVE YOUR FALSE "AFFORDABLE IMPLANTS" ADVERTISING. Because that is FALSE ADVERTISING.

Dr. Safa and his team treated me so well and I am so happy with my teeth. After waiting for so long due to my fears of the dentist I finally found a place where I felt comfortable and taken care of. This procedure has changed my life and I think anyone feeling down about their teeth should come here

I had a wonderful experience with clear choices since day one.the team was so professional and kind, I always had them tell me what there going to do ever step of the way. I’m glad I made the best decision, I love my new teeth. I can smile in confidence thank you

I would NEVER recommend the CC Jacksonville location. Horrendous service from start to finish. They are ONLY about quantity, not quality. Worst dental experience of my entire life.

They lie & are involved in LOTS of coverups to protect themselves. Tried to file a formal complaint against the doctor & locate BUT higher up hasn’t even respond back (it’s been over 2 wks now)

Problems:
- I was unattended by docs the evening of my surgery. When I bright it up to the doctor he got mad & yelled at me. Told me I could find another doctor if I didn’t like him. (I had already paid them in full by this time) Doc made the staff member a write up on this incident of proof it happened however, Sean, the office manager acts like it didn’t happen because he was involved.
They say that I wasn’t abandon & timesheets can provide it. When I asked them to please review the cameras they declined to do so & it went no further.
- My face was black & blue for 3 months. Doc had a hard time placing my arch & his frustrated showed. I was crying because he was so rough. Pretty sure he broke my nose during extraction also.
- Forget about calling & talking to a nurses/staff about any issues because they are useless & uncaring.
- Doctor left mold material in my mouth & it had to be cut out because my gums at my first post opted appointment. (Should have never happened & I have photos)
- First set of teeth: Doc changed the color of the teeth I wanted to a different color. When I asked him to why, his response was no one wants bright white. “Bright white looks like a toilet bowl” (those were his exact words) He also said that the place he got my 1st set doesn’t even do the bright white, so he would have to send them to a different location to be made.
- Next set came & the color was corrected but that set was too tight & extremely painful. Doc told me that he’s never seen someone so sensitive before me. (Gaslighting)
- 3rd set - best ones so far but still not perfect. Sadly, I’ve had to accept that this is the best they can do.
- I was given another patient’s information & I still have her paperwork to this day.
- I was verbally insulted by the doctor at almost every appointment.
- The doc brought his pet dog into the office to just hang out on several occasions & let it roam freely about the exam rooms.
- receptionist changed appt times on several occasions & reminder cards don’t match up
- Staff treated me poorly after complaining & a staff member sprayed me in the face by “mistake” drenching me with water down my back. They said she would be re-trained.
- I was insulted by lab tech & other staff over a headset where I could hear it all. I was told that the lab tech involved was written up for calling me an “ass hole” & the other people involved would be retrained.
- A staff member access my personal medical records to obtain my personal cell number. It was given to another staff member who actually contacted me by phone.
- I was informed that the staff/doc embellishes & manipulates medical documents to match up with itemized billing statements given to patients.
- I was scared of the doctor & tried to always have someone with me to be witness.

THERE’S EVEN SO MUCH MORE!
With some help, I will be publishing my entire nightmare experience in the hopes of helping other innocent victims not have to ever go through what I experienced.

WORST part is I have to continue to pay $375 each year for cleanings. They don’t deserve my hard earned money.

Could not have ask for a better solution. I have a new outlook on life. Clear Choice is the best. Probably the best staff in Jacksonville.

I had a great experience at ClearChoice. Everyone was so helpful and they did an amazing job. I would recommend anyone that needs help with their smile to give them a call.

All the staff were friendly, professional, and caring. I was informed about every step of the process. All questions answered timely and understandable.
