Called 3 times and was told someone would call me back in 24hrs. The calls were spaced out within several weeks. Once I was able to talk to an office representative and the other two times were answering service agents. All 3 times were during business hours. I was interested in using them because of their star ratings but unfortunately they are unresponsive. I would of been happy with at least a call back to say they were not interested.
