Great location, great view, and a really nice hotel! Plenty of room for guests or just to make it feel less like a hotel room. There's also a trolly to take you to restaurants!

The service was the best! Everyone friendly and helpful. The staff went out of their way to help!

Loved this property. The staff was excellent and the boat rentals we're amazing! A day filled with fun and our captain was awesome! Couldn't have asked for a better day with my family.

Started off not good but the hotel staff and the General Manger and Dan took care of us and they went above and beyond. So we will definitely be back. The view from are room was amazing and easy access to stores the beach and restaurants was nice.

My mom got a mailer ad in the 1980s for this hotel (it was a Radisson at the time), and we've been coming ever other summer since then. I've grown up here, and everything from the waterfalls in the pool to the restaurants on the boardwalk feels like home. We love the customer service, and we're extra glad to be back this year after a long lockdown.

We stayed here for a wedding of our friends and the place is gorgeous! It’s clean the staff is wonderful especially Jimmy the wedding planner! What a great guy he is he did everything asked and more for my friends wedding really goes above and beyond we all loved him! The pool area was beautiful the food was good.drinks a little pricy but that was expected.would definitely come back!

Great location, top rooms feel like cruising. All amenities, very clean staff helpful. Wonderful pool. Easy access to clearway er with trolleybus which free with accommodation. Nice choice of restaurants. Had seriously improved since my last stay here.

Best hotel hands down. I had my wedding there this past weekend and I just couldn’t believe the effort and stride the entire staff from the bell hoppers to the housekeeping. Absolutely incredible. Jimmy the wedding planner, he def needs a raise. He was on top, he was even literally running up and down the beach to see where the photographer was. At the end of the wedding they allowed everyone in my wedding to jump in the pool with our wedding attire. I can’t thank the entire staff so much for everything they have done for us. The rooms are awesome. I have a 2 year old so the gated splash pad was perfect, they even supplied us with a crib for her. ***** #1 hotel

Stayed here during Christmas and they had Santa coming to see kids and all kinds of activities. I feel so welcomed and such a nice place to stay at

Had a brilliant fortnight here with 2 kids sharing a suite. Staff are excellent - all so friendly and more than happy to help with any request. Spent a lot of time next to the lovely pool and they offer a free minibus shuttle to the nearby Sand Key beach (beautiful and much quieter than nearby Clearwater Beach)

The hotel has a deal with the Jolley Trolley bus service so you can travel free into Clearwater Beach for free. The buses are every half hour and always on time!

There are lots and of extras at the hotel - balloon bending for the kids at breakfast, Hurricane Steve serenading the pool all afternoon and s’mores by the bonfire on a night.

Was a great beach holiday and would recommend as an alternate or break from the the crazy theme park frenzy of Orlando.

There was black mold in our bathroom. My son has asthma and we were not very happy. We asked for a room change & were informed that we needed to wait until the next day.

Location of the hotel is good and staff is very friendly. Only negative point is this hotel doesn’t have beach access.
Breakfast spread was good and the service was great. Rooms are very spacious with great views.

I stayed at this hotel for a friend's wedding that i was in this past weekend that was hosted at the hotel. The customer service we experienced was above and beyond. There was some wedding drama per the usual but the staff handled it perfectly and couldn't have made us feel any better! Also, the wedding coordinator Jimmy was fantastic! The shuttle driver that was supposed to take us to the beach for pictures called off or something so Jimmy stepped up and drove us, plus he got out of the van to double check we were at the correct sport before making everyone get out of the AC! I'm getting married next month in Pittsburgh and i so wish i had someone like Jimmy to help on my wedding day! You won't regret it!

Good location and nice views. The shuttle will take you to the beach. This hotel is a little overpriced considering that it is not directly on the water.

Really awesome hotel in general. Great service and great view of the harbor. Probably the best breakfast I've had in a while as well!

Everyone was very professional and did not mind helping me and my family trying to find one of my best friend's wedding on where it was going to be held. But overall everything was lovely. Will be coming back soon. Thank you staff

Great service, interesting design with outside hallways, but there's no good stairwell, the only one is really sketchy and exits outside the building near the trash

This place has carelessly COVERED the beach side of its building in bright neon blue lights. These lights are not only distracting to drivers and residents trying to sleep across the street, they also disorient baby turtles as they hatch and end up confusing them to walk in the wrong direction away from the water. Significant ecological cost. What a shame.

I will start from beginning. We got here at 12pm under the government rate. When I showed front guy who I believe was manager my government ID he demeanor changed dramatically. I dont know if it was because he is not a law Enforcement fan or just had bad experience. But i can tell that he was annoyed.
He advised that my room was not ready and will call me when it was. I told him that it was ok and I requested the highest floor. I think it has approximately 10 floors. He said yes of course.

Around 2pm I went back to front desk just to get an estimate time on how much longer due to kids being exhausted from our 3hr drive. But before I even made it to front the front guy said the room was not ready. He didnt even try and look in the computer or anything. I asked him if he can give an estimate and he said he has no idea how long it will take. I was feeling a negative vibe from him, but I figured maybe he was really trying to get me on the highest floor and maybe he had a room in mind.

3pm my wife was getting a little antsy and did not know why a room was not ready. We stay at hotels with the kids every few months and have always been able to check in. My wife said she walked to the front and as the same guy started to check in the computer and asked for the name of the room. Once my wife told him our name, he didnt even check computer anymore and told her room was not ready. He told her that the room might be ready at 4pm.

My wife also noticed that he appeared to be annoyed. I told her ever since i showed my ID his demeanor changed. But she told me people were getting room as she walked away.

4pm came and I called the front desk and asked if room was ready and I think it was a different person and he said that he was just about to call me in a few minutes. We got a room on the 3rd floor. Not the top as I requested.

But we still tried and made the best of it at least for the kids.

The same night we ordered pizza and some dessert s. Woke up the following night and there were ants on the computer desk where pizza box was. And ants were on my business laptop too. We left room to go eat breakfast around 10am, but not before I went to front desk and told them about ants in the room and requested room to be serviced. The lady wrote something on a piece of paper and said they will send someone right up to service. She apologized for the inconvenience and said she will give us a few points?

After breakfast with the kids, we went to beach. We returned from beach at 430pm and our room was still not serviced. Still had ants in room and was still not serviced. Very disappointed with the experience. We might just stay at another nearby hotel next time. Pictures were of the ants. Only reason I gave a 2 star was because other staff at restaurant and shuttle bus were very friendly. And nice balcony view. Very pricey for bad experience.

*update* room was serviced at around 6pm.bad thing is that they didnt address the ant issue and pizza with ants was still in room. I'm not going to call front desk again. I'm done with this place!
