I called about an online order I placed and spoke to someone named Andrew. I explained my situation to him and he gave the best customer service and resolved my issue! Thank you Andrew! My daughter says thank you too

More of an animal rescue, as guest services told me when I asked. Not a whole lot of animals. 35 for an adult ticket, takes less than an hour to see everything. Expected more.

Very special to be at memorial.
Very sad and bittersweet, loved by millions gone way too soon
We were able to see her at least twice
This one was difficult in front of her empty tank
If you have a chance please visit the aquarium
They do amazing work rescuing animals
Winter, you will be our hearts forever

I used to work there when Winter was still alive. The staff was great and the marine rescue people are wonderful too. I don't know how they are going to survive without the famous Winter the dolphin. No one ever went there to see Hope or Nicholas. Sea World and the Tampa Aquarium are more appealing. But if you're in Clearwater and you've got nothing else to do, I totally recommend it. Not only are you supporting a good cause, but you're helping fund the rescue of turtles and dolphin in need.

Not much to see. I like that their admission goes to the animals though. Too expensive for what's there. Also the way it's laid out is rather confusing.

This is one of my favorite places to come in Clearwater. There's always something to learn here. The animals themselves are incredibly inspiring and the staff is so knowledgeable and caring.

We loved going to remember Winter. Both my daughters grew up with Winter and we have been member for a long time. We love what they do at CMA and will continue to support their efforts.

If you are looking for an aquarium with tropical fish this is not the place to go. This is more of a rescue animal place

As an animal rehabilitation center, it's hard to not respect what they do. As an actual aquarium though, leaves something to be desired. Not a whole lot of exhibits, and Winter's absence makes you realize how much they banked on her as a main attraction. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant, just wish there was more to see.

The remodel and new building addition are beautiful. The new green screens for photos give you great selections of options. All the animals seem happy and well cared for. It was sad to not see Winter there as our visit came right after her untimely passing. The dedication to her is beautiful and they vow to keep her tank empty in her honor.

Loved everything about the place. Loved seeing the dolphins from dolphin tale and loved seeing the other dolphins as well as Rufus (Ricky). Very educational!

Not a lot of animals to see, definitely not a great lay out.
I was glad we went but probably won't be back.
Very expensive.

We went on a Sunday afternoon last weekend. The overall experience was very disappointing. The price of admission was way over-priced for what you get to see. The passing of Winter was very sad and it had a beautiful memorial. We got to see a few of the other dolphins and that was great. We got through the rest of the aquarium in about 30 minutes. They had signs for Otters, Nurse Sharks, and even Manatees, but none of them were visible. Everything is centered around Winter, so I'm curious what the aquarium does to keeping brining in the tourists.

I thought the aquarium was a really nice experience. Great staff and I love the organization’s mission. We added on the behind the scenes tour and the dolphin tour and thought both were great experiences. I highly recommend visiting clearwater aquarium.

What a wonderful and beautiful place. They save animals and don’t profit of them like sea world. Visit and support the fear work they are doing.

Cost $80 for two adults and parking, which was very pricey for the experience. If you wanted anything extra like a boat tour, behind the scenes tour, or a photo, that was additional money. There were very few animals to see and it should be advertised more as a rescue facility not a public aquarium. The animals that are permanent residents had little to no enrichment. The dolphins had no habitat enrichment and had only one “toy” to play with. The one hardly moved and just bobbed at the surface, looking depressed. They should be well enriched or transported to a facility that specializes and captive animal care. I think their mission is great, but if they’re going to keep permanent residents, they deserve much more enrichment and their pricing is quite high for the experience.

What an amazing place. If it wasn't for the CMA and the spectacular staff there Winter the Dolphin would not have had the life she did. Winters passing is heart wrenching but she will live on in the hearts of so many people. The staff has set up a wonderful memorial to Winter this weekend and it was very touching. Winter aside, there are so many great things to see and experience at the aquarium, including dolphins, sea turtles, otters, stingrays and much more. We did the photo with Nicholas the dolphin and my kids fed him. It's expensive but goes towards something great and is worth it!
