For years I've went here and got tires, and always send people here, but never again, after the way my wife was talked too today, when she called about tires,

From the outside, the place looks like it should be cheap but my two experiences tell me otherwise. Just to rotate the tires from the front to the back, they wanted $30! No one, even the sales slick chains, are over $20. For two plugs, they charged $25 cash but they did not do a patch on the inside or anything. They patched the tire in 3 minutes and charged me $25. My co-worker got a valve stem replacement and that was $25. The only good thing is the 3 times I've been there, they had no cars waiting, but I think there is a reason for that!

Unintelligent and rude. You’ll come in for a tire and They impact your lugs so tight that you physically cannot get them off by hand. So tight in fact, that a wrench TWISTS the head of the lug. And when you call and ask for help, they act like they have no idea what you’re talking about, claim you never came to them, call you an idiot, and refuse to help you. Day 1 Lube techs know you’re not supposed to install lugs with an impact, so if these people don’t know that, do you really want them installing your tires?

Their work has evoked mixed feelings.
On the one hand, everything was done quickly.
On the other hand, there are a number of unprofessional moments.
I had to persuade them to make the tire pressure according to the nameplate on the car. At the same time, they did not ask my opinion, they pumped at least 10% above the norm and referred to the fact that they had a very inaccurate monometer that was impossible to do this. How is this possible, completely unprofessional approach!
Because of this, I was forced to give an average rating.

Thank you so much Clearwater Tire & Auto! I needed 2 used tires put on and was very pleased with the price, quality and service. They had the tires put on and I was back on the road within 20 minutes. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them.

They are an awesome bunch of guys. Especially that guy from Colorado. I was in and out in no time. Definitely a satisfied customer.

I’ve never waited more than 25 minutes to get one or two tires done. Price is always reasonable, service is VERY prompt. You won’t find a better deal on tires or a quicker shop to do it. I pulled in 10 minutes ago, immediately got put in a bay, paid, and they will be done by the time I finish this review! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Every time I have been to Clearwater Tire and Auto looking for used tires they find me the highest quality tires out of any used tires I've seen some of them are brand new for $60. Best used tire shop in the entire area. I'm an Uber driver I've been too many tire shops this one will get you the best tires.

Wow! We found a screw in our tire and called to inquire. When we pulled up they got us right in and had it fixed in 5 minutes. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Great job guys!
