I absolutely loved, loved, loved my visit with Doctor and care team today. The intake was fast, efficient, and pai -free; my wait time to speak with my expert was minimal; and my Doctor/Nurse-Practicioner Amanda, was an absolute Rock-Star. She was well-versed on my file, and we had a very informative discussion about my images and reports, areas that had been treated and future treatment options. I left feeling like I totally had a voice in my care, and my doctor cared about me enough to give me a voice in The decision. She is the type of person we need in charge of Healthcare, at a National level. Much love ️ to you Doctor, and thanks to Doctor Adams too. You all are an awesome team!

Meeting with the staff and Dr Adams was such a surprise! Everyone was pleasant and Dr Adams has found for me already a prescription that might take the place of pretty darned addictive stuff. He’s trying, and that’s all you can ask for with chronic pain like I have. I feel confident in DrAdams and staff and after just my first visit I’m more optimistic than I’ve been in many years. If it doesnt work then we’ve tried… and there’s more to check out. It’s all very positive, and I am thankful.

You CAN NEVER call them at this location!? I’ve had to ‘stop by twice’ to get questions answered…. Also went by on Thursday Apr 20 -5 10: 15AM to discuss a prescription delay and the doors were locked and the ‘receptionist’ just shook her head at me and said ‘they’re not open ‘? ! I’ve had issues since APRIL 5 trying to get a prescription filled … yet here I am … cannot reach ANYONE by phone…goes to their ‘National call center’. The local office ‘has no direct phone number’ I was told …. I’m not sure I’ll be back at all as FRUSTRATING as this has been!

The doctors and nurse practitioners and front desk staff are all awesome! I truly appreciate their dedication and hard work!

First I would like to say thank you to front office and the nurse who helped with the paperwork and being so kind.
Dr Adam's was excellent he ask me some questions checked my back and knees at the end of our conversation he gave me a solution to my problems.
The next day I received two phone calls one for MRI and Physical Therapy which I'm a big believer in.
DR Adam's is a excellent Dr. I highly recommend him if you are in pain.

I have lived with chronic pain for years and having caring doctors makes it easier when your feeling depressed and upset about living this life. Amanda is so amazing and listens with care whenever I need her ear and she never pressured me to have procedures I’m not comfortable getting. Dr. Adams is another great doctor at clearway. I haven’t seen Dr. Adams in awhile but I still see how he interacts with other patients and he’s very kind and caring! Thank you for being a shoulder to cry on when life seems so hard

My wife's medication was sent in 10 days ago. She can't get it due to a prior authorization paper that has to be filled out. All they have to fill out is what medications have been tried before, they skip it every time we get the insurance company to send them the paperwork, which is every day. So we can't get the medication she needs, because they skip this one question, every day. The guy we have who answers the contact person from them won't let me talk to his manager. Very poor customer service.

They have an absolute true concern about your pain, an amazing treatment plan which will taking good care of you. There shot therapy is able to be done right there on site in a clean surgical facility. Doctor Adams is absolutely Bar None the Best in Northwest Florida from Fort Walton to Panama City to Tallahassee, and his PA's are the absolute best caring people wonderful to deal with! His staff are understanding his nurses are amazing bar none you should experience this place if you're experiencing severe pain! They have so many high-tech ways of treating your pain even I noticed I'm not a diabetic but they can even handle neuropathy! I am not a recipient of one of their internal stimulators but they offer a wide variety of technological advancements in pain Improvement for you absolutely better quality of life! I'm able to work because of these people! I am able to work because of Doctor Adams and his PA's prior to it I was unable the quality of life I've gained is amazing from their team and their staff! No more to be said they're the best!

I took my wife there for a pain procedure. Everyone we encountered there were very professional and also kind and friendly. I recommend them. The only drawback was the wait was long. But they had a lot of patients.

Amanda always takes time to make sure my medications are working and when I have trouble finding them the office staff calls around and finds a pharmacy that has them.

I was the 2nd person that arrived before 8 am, but waited 2 hours to be seen by doctor. I was overpassed by at least 10 people that came in after me then the doctor was supposed to give me an injection to relieve my pain and was told to come back in another month to get injection by his PA who I didn’t even meet. He probably talked to me about 5 minutes and dismissed me as though I what I was saying didn’t matter. I had already waited 3 weeks to see him. This is what is called pain management. I didn’t care about getting more hydrocodone, but he made sure I got that. I was actually trying to get away from those. Terrible experience.
