Staff and doctor were very attentive to my needs and explained everything. Dr. Disanta was compassionate about my pain and scheduled procedures to take care of it.

This place is not interested in helping you control your pain! They're only interested in giving injections. It does not matter what works best with you they want to give you injections. Is one of the worst experiences of my life.

Every 3 months I receive a Botox procedure for my migraines. And every single time, I have to jump through fire just to get it scheduled. It’s ALWAYS something, always! I can almost get a migraine just thinking about it. What is it now? Why can’t I be scheduled for my next procedure without it involving “me calling numerous times, only to get the run-around? ” I chase my tail each and every time because you obviously don’t have a way of getting it together.
I wish I could find another office that does the Botox injections… maybe they would have things together?
Disappointed as ALWAYS with the way I have to chase you down just to get on the books. Grrrr…

Too worried about the DEA to properly treat there patients!
They don't communicate with your primary Doctor or any other Dr you may be seeing, one Dr tells you to take one med another Dr says they can't see you because your on another med, ridiculous, rather see a patient suffer instead of treating the problem them!

Dealing with everyone at the Crestview office is very good.
But the phone service needs a ninty percent improvement and they need to be more pleasant. When they tell someone to call back on a certain date they should be able to make the appointments.

I go to satellite office. Which about every 1.5 yrs we get a new doctor. During search period they have fill in doctor come in. This last one came in and change my med count, mind you this is first time I've seen this doctor and most likely by next month they will have another more permanent doctor in place. But for this month I pay the price with less medication to help with my pain. Note: I have been on same meds and same amount for last 4 yrs. I just get tired of these fill in doctors trying to change up our medication knowing they are only here for a month. Not to mention the cost for office visit continues to climb. I started it was 99$ now its 175$ per visit, which they make you go monthly.imagine that. My opinion, find a better clinic. Good luck!

I came in staf was nice, I got seen 45 minutes after I got called back. The doctor DeSantis refused to help me with my pain. He refused me never burn procedures. Trigger point procedures, and pain meds sfter knowledge of me having chronic pain since 2015. He warned me not to get upset about his decision as if he would do something bad to me. I have it all recorded! I won't stop until he gets what he's owed!

Ok I've changed my ratings because at first I believed the hype about the opioid and the receptors blah, blah, blah. However even my primary doctor was floored when I told her Dr. Adore on my first visit dropped my prescription from 90 to 15. I'm educated why not wen me of them to see if the Belbuca worked taking it for every 12 hours. You doctor's are so scared of the DEA that you're willing to see your patients suffering. I'm tired of telling you it's not working!

Pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful staff.
No long wait time. And Dr. DiSantos is the best! Feels like family. Knows you, truly concerned for your best care. Explains everything to you, answers all questions.
And the nurses an NP are top notch! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.
Can't say enough good things about this visit or any other. All my experiences have been wonderful!

I’ve been there several times and have only had one bad experience with the receptionist however, she hasn’t been there the last couple of time I’ve gone so….

The examination was very thorough and what I expected. I've gone to pain management centers in Tampa FL and Savannah GA (because I had to work in both cities) and Clearway lived up to the standards set by the facilities in both if those cities.

The doctor was knowledgeable and the staff was very pleasant to work with too.

I have nothing bad to.say about my experience there.

Dr. Amore actually takes time to sit down, look at me, and listen to me as though I'm a thinking person. So many doctors nowadays barely look at a patient. He's very knowledgeable of different therapies, and has truly improved my quality of life. Everyone there is kind and courteous. I highly recommend Clearway Pain.

Everyone was very nice and very helpful. Dr. Amore listened and explained everything to me where I didn’t need to ask any questions. I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of pain management. Everyone is amazing and they really care about their patients.

Waited a whole hour in a room to be seen, I’m not satisfied with the treatment plan at all!
