Terrible, dirty and disgusting attitude from receptionist LISA. Did not get seen by NP because they hey were running an hour behind. If you want a good quality customer service and clean establishment, this is NOT your place.

The Clermont Medical Center, with an old hometown feeling, has been part of our routine medical family for over 12 years ~ through good news, complicated issues and injuries. Trustworthy and knowledgeable professionals are key requirements for us. Your health is vitally serious business!

Dr Crowley is a awesome Dr and a very compassionate Peron I've been seeing her for many years. I'm blessed to have her as my doctor.

Called Heather Fri 8: 19 am requesting an emergency referral.
I called back at approximately 3pm wondering why I had not heard back. When I called Heather at that time told me Kelly didn't work on Friday. I had no idea where she got that name from. I told her again I see Shaughaugh.
She proceeded to tell me she had patience all day and may not get to it.
Pretty upsetting.
Bryce did call back after 4 saying he got the referral and I asked to where. He didn't know so I suggested which he said he sent. I'm here and no referral.
Time to find another Primary Care and report this one for senior neglect. Apparently patience are a bother. Very sad.

I've been a patient at CMC for 25+ years, seeing Dr. Crowley and Sherri exclusively, and they have been absolutely wonderful, taking great care of me. I was sad when Dr. Crowley retired last year, but absolutely devastated to learn that Sherri has retired also! Not quite sure what to do now!

I’m am so sorry to write this review after coming here for 20 + years. I made an appt because I had a horrible UTI and heart palpitations. I had the appt on 12/ 30 at 10: 30am. They took me at 10: 40 which was great to go back to the Dr room. I thought it was great to get out before noon! Nope… not the case. I went into the room with the nurse to take my vitals and she was great! She left and said Kimberly nurse practitioner would be in shortly… I was in the room for an hour while listening to ongoing commotion between Kimberly and other employees concerning the printer for about 45 minutes while I sat in the room. After walking out the door after an hour waiting in the room, I found the nurse and I told her that I had to leave in 10 min, she asked me if Kimberley saw me. I said no, and I have to leave. She rushed out and found her and she (Kimberly) came in and scribbled my info in a sheet of paper and did not address myself heart issues. She really did not take time for me. I told her that I would need more antibiotics because I did not take the full 8 days with the leftover ones that I had when I contracted the UTI. What a horrible wast of time. I have been worried about my heart palpitation issues. She didn’t bother to address that or even assess me. Now I have to make an additional appt and pay another co pay to address my heart issues.will only make sure I see Dr. Guzick always! Extremely disappointing!

Really out dated. Seems when I needed them, they didn't come through for me. Found new general practioner.

I have been a patient for three years, including my family.

Yes, the building is a little outdated, but the service makes it up.
