Monica - MRI Tech was very informative, polite and very professional. She did awesome job while I was there for my MRI.
She provides me clear instructions, made good checks on me while I was inside the MRI bore.

Everyone was very polite and made my appointment process easy. The place was very clean and professional. My procedure went by fast and I was able to leave much earlier than expected, highly recommend.

Arrived early to the parking lot.got text and answered questions.next text said enter office.filled out medical questioned.short wait and was called back for my MRI.all the front desk ladies were very nice and my MRI technician was just wonderful.only took twenty minutes.this facility is clean.and the machine looked new and modern.after reading many poor reviews about this location I admit I was concerned.but my experience here was a pleasant surprise.i would reccomend Clermont radiology Kings ridge location to anyone.

One star is too many. I don't know where the lady who did my mri was trained but she needs to be retrained. Rude and uncaring. Oh yeah and usually when someone presses the button you give us in case of an emergency it's for good reason. But that was ignored as well. The location on Oakley Seaver is so much better.

Time was a factor with the X-ray my son needed. We needed to bring x-ray to the doctor That day however the technician gave us a blank CD, which come to find out the doctor says this happens often at this place. I missed work, my son also had to miss school. Never again.

I have always used Clermont Radiology and when they opened an office near Kings Ridge I was thrilled. Much more convenient for me. I was there last week 8/20 got an x ray and today 8/26 for an MRI. They were fast, efficient friendly and the wait time was so quick. Check in from your car because of Covid 19 just so quick and simple. I highly recommend Clermont Radiology!

During the growing concerns of covid-19 one would think the medical community would be on high alert for the prevention measures in place. Nope.not the technician I had. The mammogram itself was uneventful; HOWEVER, WHEN STANDING ONLY INCHES FROM MY MASKED FACE SHE PULLED HER MASK DOWN BELOW HER CHIN AND NEVER PUT IT BACK ON! Seriously? I believe Clermont Radiology should have a retraining session with their team.

Unless you have 2+ hours for an xray, do yourself a favor and do NOT go to the Kingsridge branch. I have had alot of xrays & MRIs done at the branch on Oakley Seaver and they were fantastic

I'd like to thank nurse Sheila for your excellent care and treating me like I am someone special. I am extremely pleased with the top-notch care I have received from you. Thank you for taking care of me, not once, but twice when I had to get two PET scans done within 6 moths. I wouldn't have made it threw without Sheila by my side. Thank you for being so compassionate.

My appointment was at 3: 00. I was called and told that they was running 1 hour and 45 minutes behind schedule. To the people behind the counter that checks people in it was no big deal. To the patients who must pay if an appointment is missed it is a big deal. I would not recommend this place.

My mammogram was not as painful as I’ve had at other locations thanks to Barbara, the technician.
Check in was quick and efficient.
