This is the worst living experience of my adult life. I’ve been robbed twice in an 8mth period. I’ve filed complaints to the property manager and nothing has been done. I filed complaints with FPI management and nothing was done. If you can afford to live somewhere else I highly suggest you do so. This is not a safe community and they will do nothing to change that fact. If you want your children and household members safe, live somewhere else.

They need to come and do the work orders in a timely matter not meet tenants wait 3 to 4 months. My stove is still not working. It is still Shortess inside my stove. I can see the sparks coming from my stove. They need to fix work orders in a timely matters not making you wait 3,4,5months.

Office management and maintenance management is amazing. Always thinks of the residents first.

I have complained about the delinquent teenagers sitting in building 8 smoking weed and being very disrespectful. I have complained and have sent emails with no results from management. They were in the hallway yesterday at 4pm. Right after school let out. These teenagers go to the pool area while the office is open. Management does nothing. Most of them don't live here. My grandchildren were in the pool area yesterday. These teenagers proceeded to take there stuff and some cash. There is no security, we are not a gated community. All this happens while the management is on property. They ignore it completely.

I see my washer in front of the matainence building I can't wait til it's installed today

So now it is July 12 still no working washer Called me last night and said that Armando will be here today finger's crossed

They are usually good at fixing things fast. This last one was a little slower took 5 days to resolve the A/C issue. Then they came and gave us a temporary one till they can fix the whole system on Monday. So they still did ok, the only thing is my electric bill is going to be high I hope they can refund some of it at least for taking long. I still love it here and would recommend it.

I tried to rent an apartment last year and faced unprofessional management. I spoke with Carol, who happened to have mutual acquaintances with me.
Immediately after my visit, she called her boyfriend and told him that I came. Her boyfriend then called my ex, and I started having a hard time.
I never thought that a managment could spread confidential information.
This is unprofessional and unsafe, especially if you don't want your ex to know where you live.

Thanks to the manager Matilde Perez, who help me resolve my a/c problem. If you have any concern you can talk to her. Don’t talk with maintenance team or manager assistant. Yo need to go directly to the manager Matilde Perez. She will find the best solution to the problem!

Great place to live. Management made the process so smooth and were there for me during the whole process. Thank you to Matilde and Johnny.

The new FPI managment is one of the worst thing that happened to this complex. They made it worst. Customer Service 0/10. They will ace that they are smiling to you but remember. The bigger the smile, the bigger the knife. This complex refused to renew my lease even though I have been a good tenant the whole 5 years period I lived there. If you asked about the reason, I would tell you that they have been tracking what car I have and why I have too much appliances in my home. They only want Homeless people to live there. NOT RECOMMENDED.

When I reported the water leak I thought someone would come in and look at my ceiling in my apartment before now I did request that they come in and paint the ceiling because it looked really bad with the yellow stain on my ceiling and they did that thank you

VERY LOW WATER PRESSURE. TOLD THAT ALL THE UNITS SUFFER FROM THE SAME. UNSATISFACTORY ANSWER.

Just signed my 9th yearly lease, the rent is very reasonable and the office manager couldn't be more efficient and nicer. Maintenance has always been prompt when calling for a repair.

Neighbors/tenants use breezeways and stairs for trash. Mgmt and maintenance are aware and do not clean up/send notices out to correct issues. Nobody wants to walk up stairs leading to their home littered with trash/drips or spills.
