Jon came and installed two closets yesterday. He was very professional and very thorough. We really appreciate the work he did for us. We now have 7 closets done with Closet Factory. They are great.

My wife was having trouble getting her craft room organized so we decided to look for a company who could help, and WOW did we find one! Having never hired a company for this before I cold called 3 different places and set up initial design consultations. Two out of the 3 were there to make the sale on their standard pressed board closet products, until we met Sylvia with the Closet Factory. From the moment she walked in the door we could tell she was here to help us find a solution and not just force products on us. She listened to what we were looking for, asked a lot of questions, paid attention to our style and then went to work designing. And what she came back with blew us away both in design and in price. The entire custom craft room cost less than our much smaller master closet done by another company! And it was custom to exactly what my wife was looking for in her room! We hired them on the spot and in just a few weeks we had our custom craft room. And, we loved it so much we hired them again to do our home theatre room! I just had all my closets installed! I typically don’t do too many reviews but, I was compelled to share my experience. I am a General Contractor with an eye for detail, coordination and scheduling.
I met with Terry Sicard / Closet Factory who is my designated personal designer. There are many details to consider while designing the closets and their functions. She is first and foremost, experienced in the field and offered me solutions for all my questions. She was patient as I sorted out the information discussed the options with my better half and even went back and forth till we figured them out. She redesigned our ideas and made them work in the limited space we have. We sealed the design and made the deal. She gave me a 6 week fabrication window. The fabricated was completed on time. The installer showed up on time! Let me tell you I was already impressed with just that. It gets better! Josh the installer was polite, respectful and professional. We reviewed the areas for the work, and he started his install. He was clean, organized and had an eye for detail. To say he finished the install within the time frame slotted. He cleaned up all his garbage and hauled it away each day. Left the areas picked up and organized. Each closet was set to perfection. The product was perfect, clean and per specifications. The entire process was seamless. I was and still am impressed with the service and product.
I am very aware of what it takes to get this done and to have someone come and build these closets! Be sure to call closet factory! Excellent job! Worth every penny!

WOW - what can I say and where do i begin. We recently moved into Lorraine Lakes and needed to have our closets done - We are Costco members and they had a closet program so i reached out. First off they got back to me immediately and set up an appointment within days. Monica Hart their closet designer showed up and from the moment she came in I was impressed - she had a ton of knowledge and experience and it came through immediately. She was very causal and not pushy and asked a lot of questions around what we were looking to accomplish, then she did her magic. She shared pictures and examples of what others did, and came up with the perfect design for our closet.

But thats not all, she was a true advocate for us to get the installation scheduled as soon as possible even when they were scheduling over 6 weeks out. She picked up the phone to see if there had been any cancellations and was able to get us in within 2 weeks. In the world of not always having great service, Closest Factory scores a big 10 from the start to the finish. She also followed up the day of and day after installation to make sure we were happy - that’s someone who cares about her clients and it shows.

In addition, to what a great job Monica did, i would be remiss if i didn't mention the installer team that came. Logan and Ron showed up on time and were very nice, they dove right in and were able to finish the job in 1 day vs the scheduled 2 days (HAPPY CUSTOMERS). They asked to confirm a number of things before they did anything and cleaned everything up before they left. They truly set the bar on what an excellent installation team should strive to be.

I would highly recommend Monica and closet factory if you need your closets or any other jobs hey do. THEY ARE AWESOME

Update: horrible experience with this company will not recommend to any one. Spending thousands of dollars on a closet you would expect it not to fail and fall apart but my closet did as such. Untrustworthy non responsive and will not honor their warranty. The last quip i received from their front desk was that i shouldnt believe the designers and unless the contract states an area can be used for storage it shouldnt be expected to hold a pillow without breaking. What a joke. And this is after their “installation manager” accused me of kicking 3 different panels, hanging off of my closet and indicated a 7lb piece of plywood is enough to break my top storage area that was “designed” for durability and scratching my own mirror that was delivered and installed while I was out of town (after first was delivered scratched) Buyers beware

Anny did an amazing job designing and helping me customize my closet. She was patient and helped me create a closet that I absolutely love more than any other room in my house. Worth every penny.

Closet Factory made our dream come true! They turned the vision we had for our master closet into reality. The process was very smooth from beginning to end. Now our master closet is our favorite room in the house!

From their designer, Lisa, to the installation with Josh every step was professionally planned. Lisa took the time to understand our needs and accommodate our preferences. On installation day, they were organized, efficient and attentive to details. In addition, they maintained the area cleaned during and after installation.

They’re clearly the best experience we’ve had in renovating our house. I highly recommend them!

Sylvias attention to detail was remarkable. She got what my vision was and designed the perfect hall closet. Installers were pleasant, efficient and were very clean. Looking forward to doing even more business in the future.

I wanted to add a Murphy Bed to the guest bedroom in my condo so I could primarily use the room to listen to music, but still have a real bedroom when one of my sons visit. I had a wonderful experience with Closet Factory. Terry came to my condo with samples of their product and pictures from completed installations. She helped me pick out the style and colors that I wanted and kept me updated throughout the process. Tom did an awesome job with the installation, which looks like it was part of the original remodel. I highly recommend this company for anyone that needs a Murphy Bed installed.

Terry and Ramon from the Closet Factory helped transform a boring wall into a magnificent wall unit! Terry listened to what our needs were and then drew up a design that was exactly what we envisioned. Ramon installed it in two days, and the result is perfect! Now we have a beautiful addition to our home and the storage we desperately needed. The whole team made the project run very smoothly. I wish I had done this years ago!

We wanted to install built-ins to make our den into a combined office and craft/sewing room, so we searched the internet to look for options for custom cabinet design and installation. We received two quotes. We selected the Closet Factory because of our experience with Sylvia, our designer and with the higher quality of the cabinet materials and installation methods than the competition. Sylvia listened to our wants and needs and designed an amazing room for us. It has everything we requested and imagined, and more. She took the time to ask us a myriad of questions to ensure we got the design, style, quality and color choices we were looking for. With Closet Factory we were able to have a den with 3 different colors, countertops with a textured look, multiple counter spaces with room for large sewing equipment above, pull out drawers for a printer and computer tower, a large peninsula with access on both sides, and custom installed grommets in just the right places to support our equipment. Josh, as the installer, was professional and meticulous to ensure minimal damage to the walls and paint in the room, perfectly installed cabinets, shelves, drawers and countertops, and when it turned out that one corner in the room was quite a bit out of square, to worked with us and made the needed modifications to ensure proper fit and functions of the cabinets and countertops in the area, for no additional cost. Overall, an amazing experience. These cabinets aren’t cheap, but if you want the kind of quality that will look like custom built-ins that will last the life of your house and will complement the other high class design features in your home, go with Closet Factory!

Terry Sicard our Design Consultant was professional and a pleasure to work with. The installer Ramos was also professional, neat and courteous. I would highly recommend Closet Factory. In addition, we booked this through COSTCO and received and additional discounts.

I had a great experience and my installer Joshua was incredibly attentive to detail, reinstalling and caulking any molding that had to be removed.all doors were balanced perfectly.i highly recommend.

I contacted Closet Factory for the design and install of a closet for my son's nursery. I worked with Sylvia, who designed exactly what we needed during the appointment. She was responsive via email and text, and quickly made any changes that I requested. The install only took 3 hours and the closet looks amazing. I definitely recommend working with Sylvia/Closet Factory!

I am not happy with the experience of designing my pantry with Closet Factory. The initial appointment was a no show. At the second appointment, not all samples were available. I didn’t have a follow up appointment before booking to double check all samples, which now I know is necessary. We had to change the drawer color last minute due to unavailability in the shaker style. Knowing what styles come in what colors would’ve been helpful prior to the contract being signed. The samples vary significantly from the actual product. I purchased new hardware as the hardware doesn’t look gold. They did replace the hardware with ones that I bought separately. The countertop varied the most from the sample. The manager did offer to replace the counter top, but unfortunately there have been multiple issues with the countertop replacement since it was initially ready in December. Over the last two months, an installer has been out twice. On his first visit, the counter edge wasn’t finished so it had to be brought back to the shop. Two weeks later, he returned to install but the countertop wasn’t cut right so it couldn’t properly fit. For the last month, I have had no countertop in the pantry while I await the correction. We also had to do all the drywall repairs ourselves from the first installer. I appreciate the manager and staff’s willingness to try to make it right, but after ordering the replacement and experiencing the issues that have occurred since, there’s been limited contact and unrealistic timelines of when this will finally be completed. This just wasn’t a good experience overall. We have 7+ other closets and spaces in our new home that we would have used Closet Factory for but now we will use another company.

With sales and design with Terry to Logan with installation. This company was a blessing. We had a terrible experience with their competitors in the past. This went so smoothly and was done very professionally. Couldn’t be more thankful. We love our new pantry. Thank you.
