I had a reach in closet installed by Andreatti. He was respectful of my home and did a beautiful job. Ask for him if you are having any installation done by Closet Factory.

The closet factory design and installed my walk in closet we had more space for clothes. Then we had a wine bar installed Frank and Mark installed most of cabinets and cleaned it they made it. A feature wall my Wife love it would highly recommend them.

Brian and Jar were very professional, detailed oriented and fast in the installation. They thoroughly cleaned and left my bedroom immaculate. Great guys!

Mary Jane was so great at her job. Her design worked perfectly, she picked up on my sense of style and what was important to me. Everyone I’ve spoken
with at CF has been professional and courteous. I’m so happy I chose them. Will definitely be using for the rest of the closets and garage! Love the new closet! Every woman’s DREAM.

Update: They came back several times, ended up making corrections and it looks great and I am happy with the final result. The people/employees were very nice but I still think the negative outweighed the positive. If I were to do it again, it wasn't worth the time, delays, money and headaches encountered. Finished in completion on September 29th, purchased Jan 26th with final install in original contract of July 5th.

Steve - You are squeezing your employees dry and need to make top down changes for a realistic workload based on labor and material shortages. You are lucky to be blessed with good employees who really work hard!

HORRIBLE. My office was supposed to be installed in June and I sit here August 26th with a horrendous, undone mess on my hands. I convinced my husband to hire Closet Factory bc the designer is amazing and "it will be so easy" but the actual product and install has been a nightmare. This has been an unbearable waste of money. The installer was very nice but it appears they are asking one guy to accomplish the install which was an impossible task by himself and in the timeframe given. I have huge indents in all of the faces of the cabinets, handles are not straight to the naked eye, broken handles, a slide out door that doesn't close and file folders hung so low you cannot put a file in it. I've spent endless amounts of time calling, emails, texting and yet here I sit promised a response by "the end of the week". I realize the pandemic has put pressure on companies like this but if you cannot handle the work and quality, you are better off turning away clients. I will warn everyone I know not to flush their month down the toilet using Closet Factory. I feel like I've been robbed. Super disappointing. CHECK YELP for the real reviews!

This has to be the worst experience of all experiences in the poor construction industry I have ever had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They honorifically installed my pantry shelves and then played games for months pretending to have a fix, all while just waiting to collect the money for an unfinished job. They sent several different people, and everyone gave a different answer. They damaged shelves while installing and tried to paint over them.they sent guy's in to fix them, and they just did a better job of painting the damages.it is still apparent. After wearing me down and me accepting the shoddy work and paying every penny they billed for, they filed suit for payment that was already made. They still have yet to dismiss it despite the fact they have been fully paid. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from these charlatans. Many of the staff are very nice, but once it goes to production and you pay the down payments, the quality and communication drops drastically. It took almost a year to complete the job, and it was not that big. BAD COMPANY

We started in May for install and the drawers just got finished. I had at least 7 service calls to fix the problem but nothing worked. Each time it is an inconvenience to be hanging around the house to wait for another problem not fixed. They don’t seem concerned to double check the work before showing up. My time is valuable too and I did pay for service to be done, it isn’t like they gave me it free.
I didn’t get a discount on this project or the other one I had scheduled already. In fact I just got a remeasure date for the new project without even asking if I would be available. I was told and quoted a price to paint the area and then told they would not be able to do so. I was even told the employee that paints was no longer with the company yet I found out he still is. They appear to have a decent product but the service is terrible. No communication happens here and the only person competent is the billing employee who I have called myself to advise progress of my job so she doesn’t submit final payment which has already happened and she refunded once. If you have endless time and don’t mind your project taking months with service calls each week to remedy the problem then call them.

I finally got my closet installed today and I am so pleased. I liked working with a designer and Jessica was wonderful. Anderson worked on my installation and he did such a great job. It was nt an easy installation. But, he explained what needed to be done. His supervisor stopped by as well and between the two of them I felt informed and in good hands. Seeing the final product far exceeded my expectations. The material is of such great quality. Very happy.

I finally had my office and walk in closet done in my newly bought home. What was there was peeling and falling apart. The showroom is amazing, they do everything custom made in the back and they can design any room in your home.with the bonus having a life time warranty, they are licensed and insured which was a big plus since it’s hard to get good work here in Florida. My installer Anthony for my closet was amazing, he was able to do the whole job in one day. Very professional, hard working and I could tell he enjoys his job based on how perfect everything was. A month later I had my custom office installed. Alex did another beautiful job then Marx came back to finish. If you need any custom built ins Closet Factory is the place to call.

6 months after supposed completion of installation my closet is still not completed

Highly recommend this company. My closet has so much usable space now- I love it! I thought I had some ideas on what I wanted, but when my designer Mary Jane came for the initial consult- she looked at/counted all my clothes, shoes, measured the length of my longest dresses, looked at other storage I had and then designed something using all available space. It’s fantastic. We also had our garage floor sealed with an Epoxi coating and it came out beautifully. The one done by the builder was peeling up already. This one is high quality and very nice.

I signed a contract in Feb 2022 being advised that my home would closing mid-July. When the builder delayed the closing date, I immediately called my salesperson (Pamela) well witching the 5 day grace period, to inform her of the date change, who by the way, did not bother to respond to my call. Later I received a very cheeky phone call from a young woman telling me that because I changed the installation date I would be charged extra funds on top of the 50% deposit I had already given. She was quite rude and told me I would not be getting the closets done until Dec or Jan (2023) so I was more or less forced into
paying these extra funds. After I agreed, She then told me that Oct 3rd would be scheduled date for installation. My closing was actually Aug 11th. When Claudio showed up last Monday to do 3 closets, other people told me they had 3-4 guys in their homes working on the installation. That said, Claudio did an excellent job in 4 days and I am happy with the finished product however, due to the lack of professionalism and lack of service from your sales and service sales team, I will not be recommending Closet Factory anytime soon. For the money I paid (almost $11K) it was a very disappointing experience, and the way that young girl spoke to me in the phone was a disgrace. I have since been told by other people who contracted with your company, that there was no additional charge when they had to change installation dates due to builder's delay.

I can’t praise my designer Lori Feldman enough. The job was everything I hoped it would be and more. I have so much more space now in my home and it’s wonderful to know that everything has a place.

Jecoa Loredo was my installation technician, arrived on time, built a beautiful custom closet, was very professional and cordial, answered all my questions. Was overall an excellent experience and I love the outcome.

Amazing experience all around with Closet Factory! We wanted to add a pantry to our kitchen. Ali was our designer and created a design that was both functional and beautiful. Orlando was our installer and he was so wonderful! Orlando was meticulous, very detail-oriented, experienced, and a very kind man. We were so happy with the work that he installed at our house.
