Closets by Design - Emerald Coast, Pensacola FL

We have used Closets By Design to customize our home office, master bedroom closet, entertainment center, garage cabinetry and recently laundry room cabinetry. The designer and installers did a wonderful job and we couldn’t be happier. The designer gave us helpful suggestions as we designed everything. The installers arrived on time and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. We highly recommended this company and refer everyone we encounter wanting custom cabinetry to them.

My closet is beautiful and it is so functional! It holds so much stuff- it’s laid out really well. Everyone who worked with closets by design, was very friendly and courteous and helpful. I also would like to brag on their installation, because not only did they do a great job, but they also cleaned up after themselves before they left.

I reached out to them over the Christmas holiday and they got back with me the very next work day. I was able to get scheduled for a quote right away and surprisingly received an amazing quote that would work for me. My closet installer was Jose, and he worked both quickly and efficiently. A decision you won't regret. We returned from trip to find the wire rack in the master closet and all the clothes on the floor. Called Closets by Design and the designer was able to come out the same day and give us a reasonable price with advertised discounts. The install was scheduled within a few weeks. The installer was a true professional and conscientious as well as neat and efficient. The new closet offers us more organized options and space. No more worries about unexpected chaos and repairs in that closet.

This is my second time using Closet By Design. The first time I hired them to design my bedroom closet. This time, I had my pantry designed. The workspace was small and I was not optimistic about it looking anywhere near like my closet did. Well, to my surprise, it was beautiful. I am so pleased with it. My consultant was great. She was patient with my indecisiveness. Lol She was GREAT! The technician that came out was professional and respectable of my home and property. He did a phenomenal job with the installation. GIVE THOSE TWO A RAISE! Thank you Closet By Design! I recommend this company because of their commitment, the work or craftsmanship, the professionalism, the courtesy, the patience, and the price. They stole $500 dollars from me because I wanted to change my design and refused to see me when I went to their office. I tried to get a new design and they completely ignored me and just kept my $500 deposit. Crooks! Don’t trust doing business with them in Pensacola, Florida. They got a one star only because the rep who came to my house to do the measurements was very nice and professional, but management/ owners are nothing but crooks!

The closet is amazing

From the first meeting to plan my new closets to the final installation, this Closets By Design team was always professional and fun to work with. I love the configurations that we developed (great advice by Krystal!) and I finally feel organized in my new home. Definitely money well spent!

From the design to the install, everything went smooth and exactly how they explained it would be. If I need another closet design, I will definitely be calling them again.

We bought a house with wire racks in the pantry and closets and immediately took them down as we remodeled. A year later, the last thing to finish were pantry/closets. We decided not to tackle it ourselves so called Closets by Design and made an appointment. Amy came out, measured our 4 closets and the pantry asking us questions about our wishes and how we’d use it all. She drew up plans and we were set!
Monday, Skylar installed everything and we could not be happier. He quietly went about his business cleaning up as he went.

Chloe did a wonderful job designing our custom master closet. The installer was very nice and professional installing our custom closet. We are very satisfied with it. It really helps you get rid of things you are not using or wearing. I highly recommend this company. They were having a great sale, which made it affordable. They also have great no interest financing for 12 or 18 months with 20% down. Thank you for giving us our dream closet!

We had a pantry installed. The installer did a great job! Very knowledgeable and finished in just a few hours. Cleaned up all dust, trash, etc.definitely would recommend this business.
