3 David Huffman is a scam artist. Numerous lawsuits have been filed against himself and his business and he has moved from state to state after taking clients' money and disappearing. If I could leave a zero star review I would. A simple search will show you he is a disgrace to the real estate profession.
EDIT: This is not a fake review. David uses this tactic to deflect.
David Huffman of Closings on Demand is a serial con man. We signed up for his class online, paid him a substantial fee for real estate coaching, and he never returned our calls or emails. We will also be filing a complaint with the State of Florida Real Estate Regulation.
Huffman also uses fake reviews to counteract the negative ones. DO YOUR RESEARCH! I have spoken to others in the real estate community who have had similar experiences with Closings on Demand.
EDIT: I received a notification of an update to these reviews and it prompted me to also state that this is not a fake review. I agree with the previous reviewer that this seems to be a deflection of David Huffman to not take responsibility.
David knows the business inside and out and has helped me close a ton of business. He’s very good about taking an issue/problem and working through it easily. My favorite part of the training/system is understanding the DNA of a lead source and building business around it.
