The 91st avenue location of Clothes Mentor is a throwback to courtesy, customer service and pride in workmanship.
Regardless of the number of drop offs, customers waiting for service, their professionalism is unmatched.
The clothes are hung correctly on hangers, sized and in the sections by color. No hangers out of place, signs are clear about size and the clothes in that section match the sign.
Phillip and his team inspire the desire to return and have more retail therapy!

I am highly disappointed in CM because whoever was suppose to go through my clothes to buy them didn’t do their job! They are lazy and liars. My clothes are folded just like when I brought them. I drove 30 minutes thinking they would go through all my clothes, but they didn’t. I will not set my foot there anymore. It’s one thing to be short staff and do your job, but it’s another thing to be lazy and not do your job!

Love clothes mentor. The staff is beyond nice and they are fair on prices from both a buyer and seller standpoint.

Don't waste your time! Called ahead to confirm they were buying and Joan stated "yes indeed they were". Drove 30 minutes there just to be told they stopped buying today. I told them I just spoke to Joan and they said pretty much "too bad"!

The staff was so friendly and helpful and the store is clean, neat and very organized. Their pricing is quite reasonable too. I along with my friends drive down from Fort Myers just to go to this location because we like the staff and selection here. Definately worth the drive for us ladies.

Great deals, very organized. They do not markdown by date. The have a card to stamp for future $10 off. One of my favorites.

The worst! I called ahead to make sure they were still open and buying and was told they stopped buying at 5: 00 on weekdays. Got there at 4: 30 and was told by the snotty clerk that they stopped buying early, even though we had talked on the phone literally 30 minutes before and I had told them I was heading there now. The associate on the phone said “great! See you soon! Make sure to get here by 5. ” I would never buy or sell here, if you are reading this and considering giving them any business. Kindness goes a long way and the sales clerk didn’t have it.

Fort Myers store: the woman in charge, the manager, is so unfriendly and talks down to her workers. That's why I choose not to go there anymore. Hopefully she will go somewhere else. There should be mutual respect shown.

I went after 4: 00 and was going to come back with my clothes the next day because it was after their buying time. When I was leaving (before even opening the bin) they looked me up and down and they asked me if they were all junior sizes. I am a 26 year old professional (just happen to be short). I will not be selling to these woman, and instead brought my clothes to designer diva where they happily took them, as it was mostly jimmy choo, lily, and Tory Burch.
