So disappointed and upset need a hemp wrap searched Google to find a smoke shop new to area. On Google says open til 12am. When I called 11: 21 she confirms yes we have hemp wraps and hookahs we are open til 12. I say ok I’m headed over. I drove over 3 miles over arrived at 11: 40 she is closing store. I blow my horn to let her know I’m here she quickly hits the lights and locks door goes to car. Says sorry I have to go. I said I just called you about hemp wrap. She says my bad sorry still not grabbing and i have a flight in the am. Next thing I know another race pulls up upset agin thinking there open til 12. I said can you please help us out I drove all the way over here right after talking to you gas is $5 why waste my time. As I’m leaving 2 more cars pulling up. Also I asked what’s her name so I could speak to manager. She so no I’m not giving it rudely. As a owner I wouldn’t want to miss out on money. September 6,2022

Charges $24 for omps black shots. Green house glass on 192 is selling them for $15.99. I've never ever seen them so expensive. $4 more than just places. That's why I'll stick to being a regular at my usual store. I buy 3 a day and I'll never buy them here. Nope.

The sign on the door says they're open at 9 a.m. Every time I come to this store it's never open horrible employees terrible management

A lot of times they aren't open at times. Once I got there at 10 and nobody was there yet. But they are good when they are there.

Come in when ty’s working if you wanna catch a vibe while grabbing your smoking needs he plays good music while providing great customer service.

They sold me fake overpriced disposable. They took the package and threw it away after I purchased it, after trying the disposable I had to ask for the package back to check if it’s authentic and it was fake. But at least they replaced it with another one (lowkey tasted fake too). Just check your stuff before leaving.

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now and everyone that works there are amazing and the prices are great. I won’t go anywhere else. Went with my mom tonight to look for a new piece and we where greeted by Lexi.she told us her name we didn’t have to ask. And guided us through all the cases to find what we need.in the past the people would just sit around behind the counter until you actually needed something, not sure if they switched owners or what but they really turned this place around a lot with the staff in the last 3 years. Absolutely love this place there my go to smoke shop. I would go to them over anybody I use to order my stuff on line but I don't anymore now

Been going there for years and today was my last day one of the new guys didn’t exchange my vape that doesn’t work so I got mad dropped the vape walked out and the guy behind the counter chases me to my car with his pistol pointed at me

Went to go get a rig was short on money so i ask for a cheap one and ask to see if it was good for that and instead of showing something expensive she just showed me one for 40 that works wonders! Good service honest.

They are so friendly. I wanted to try a pre-roll and I wasn’t disappointed. I got the 7.99 pre-roll and it was worth it! They recommend what’s the best and give you an honest opinion about a product you’re curious about. Definitely a 10 out of 10 love the vibes when I walk in ️

Bought a vape for 22 dollars and in 1hr it didn't work and they wouldn't help me 2 vapes at 22 dollars a piece none worked 1he after I left that's 44 dollars and you won't help never go to this place

I stopped in last week in search of a specific e-juice brand and they have it The ladies working were super nice and friendly. I’m honestly going to start buying my flavors from here. They have a great selection. The place was really clean too! 11/10 recommend this shop

Iv been going to cloud nine for about 2-1/2 years now. I have a house in NY so I’m down in Melbourne maybe 1 time every 6 months for about 6 months, and when I leave and come back I’m always remembered and ALWAYS TREATED WITH CARE every time I walk in the door, the sticks and E cigs are at decent price, definitely cheaper then NY where I pay 13$ a pop vs 10, Mike recommended me a bidi stick, because they stopped selling EON stick and only had puffs, I unfortunately don’t like them do to only 5% nic instead of 6.2 or 6.8% nic. I have easily spent over 1000$ in tobacco and “tobacco” paraphernalia in this store in the last 2 years. I travel 15 mins from Eau Gallie passing 4-5 smoke shops every time just to go to cloud nine because that’s just how good the service is. I’m assuming the people with the negative reviews just have no idea what they’re talking about or they expect gold to come inside everything they buy.it’s life get over it and move on, no need to shame someone’s business all because “they don’t sell your coils” big deal.
